A credit to the owners, a very friendly, clean, comfortable environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location as right by the seafront. The room was lovely with a very comfortable huge bed. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of foods. Highly recommended and a huge thank you to all at Brighton House.

Wow! Great location. From the front steps you can see the old Brighton pier and British Airways 360. Less than 15 minute walk to rail station. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the evening reception. Failed to ask his name. I had a single room, small but spotless. Nice bathroom and shower.

A lovely little b&b close to the sea, but away from the noise. A calm and chilled atmosphere inside, we received a very friendly and warm welcome from Carl. The breakfast in the morning is really nice - great selection from pastries, toast, fruit and cured meats. I stayed with my husband for our first wedding anniversary, will certainly come again when we are visiting Brighton!

Positives: Great location, room was clean, check in and out super simple. Friendly staff. Negatives: room was cold (because the owner forgot to turn the heating on until 5pm), overpriced for being classified as a 4 star (we paid 220 per night), shower was in the bath tub and difficult to control (hot was extremely hot, cold was freezing) and you had to hold the shower head up.

This is easily one of my favorite B&B's in the UK. I'm looking forward to returning to Brighton just to enjoy this cozy, charming, perfectly appointed little home at the seaside again. I had a single room with a balcony and it was lovely. It was decorated with contemporary yet casually beautiful furnishings and the high ceilings and french door to the balcony really made the room's character extra special.
The art in my room and also throughout the B&B was spectacular and highlighted local artists. Service was warm and friendly and the food was delicious, very fresh and high quality. And there were always individual size cakes or other pastries at the entrance for visitors to enjoy. Perfect location on the square. I walked to all the sights and many restaurants with ease. I highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to visit again.

I took my wife to Brighton for a romantic weekend, celebrating our 5th anniversary in October. Although the weather was not ideal, Brighton House was a delightful place to stay - right in the middle of the city centre and with very fairly priced car parking just round the corner from the hotel, in Regency Mews. Although I am often in Brighton on business, I do not know the nightlife well, so it was very handy to be so near it all - especially because of the heavy rain and wind.
Our "superior" room was luxurious and spacious with a super-sized bed, huge bay window and balcony overlooking Regency Square and the sea. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with special little touches to indulge us. The fresh, healthy breakfast buffet was delicious - we tried both the smoked salmon and tasty "free range" ham, with all the available trimmings. All-in-all, Brighton House provided us with a luxurious and relaxing retreat, despite being in central Brighton! A great value bed & breakfast, with charming staff that really helped make our anniversary memorable.

The Brighton House is a lovely B&B right in the heart of Brighton. Its location is perfect, with a view of the sea and the old West Pier. We spent three nights here and splurged on one of the larger rooms with a 4-poster bed. However, we actually saw one of the standard rooms because they gave us the wrong key by accident, and I can say that those rooms looked very nice as well. It's well maintained, although in places a bit worn around the edges (our bathroom, and specifically the shower curtain, could have used a bit of a face-lift), but it's otherwise very charming and comfortable.
The breakfast is delicious- but not a typical cooked English. It's a continental buffet, and almost all of the food is organic and locally sourced. Little treats of homemade bread and yogurt graced the tables, along with fruit, cereals, cheeses and meats. Delicious. Finally, the place has a very friendly resident cat, Mr. Watts, who was the icing on the cake for this cat-lover. A great place to stay!

There is no reservation fee here. Its classed as bright and clean. There is an organic breakfast available. It has a good review from the Lonely planet guide to boast about. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. private parking is 8 a day. Children over 12 are welcome. It also states on its website that it is gay friendly!
