It was one of my best and favourite stay in England. They have amazing room service at reasonable rates. Rooms are enough for 2 People with kid. Only one thing which needs to add is food. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and hygiene and staff, rooms perfectly designed and fully equipped, and you can't get a better deal at this price here. Staff is cooperative regarding early check in and late checkout.

Highly recommended to try them out for sure. The rooms were excellent. The services offered by the staff were also very thoughtful and highly professional.

It is a five star and indeed deserves a five star rating for our overall stay with them. You get to experience luxury and the best service here. If you are planning to book the hotel then try this!

Wouldn't even give 1 star if possible as I (and 2 others, I had booked out two rooms for jubilee weekend!) will not be staying. Despite having a booking in place for 2 and a half months or so, I get a call on Saturday from a very rude, unhelpful man to say our booking has been cancelled, two weeks before arrival! They claim that the whole of the hotel has been booked out by Leeds City Council 'for the homeless' and provided no alternative.

Absolutely disgusting! Despite this, the booking is still showing on booking.com which makes no sense at all. We shall be following this up and if we find that you are gazumping the rooms because that weekend will be a busy one, we shall be reporting you to the local authorities.

Well established fungus in the bathroom, bed soft and unsupportive. Reception staff who couldn't give directions to Fawlty Towers Northern branch. AND requesting a deposit for the key.who normally rents their 'suites'?

Absolutely filthy place. Stayed here a few years ago and got bitten by bed bugs. Wouldn't surprise me if this place has ever had an health and safety inspection as when I tried to claim for bed bug bites they didn't even have any insurance. DO NOT STAY HERE

Everything is damp, staff were useless, had no towels for a shower, the kettle was mould. We wasn't even allowed a key to the room unless we paid a 20 deposit which was more than what the room was per person (cash only also so had to walk to the nearest cash machine). Overall just a disaster and shouldn't even be classed as a place to stay. If you are reading this as you have booked or are booking to stay here. You will wish you had paid for a better hotel.
