The Boundary Hotel, as well as our sister Hotel Butlers, is open for people that need to work away from home and for anyone without a place to stay. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority and we're adhering to government guidelines, so the wearing of masks, hand sanitising and social distancing. The Boundary is steeped in history and has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere to welcome our guests. The building was originally a privately-owned, three story Edwardian house that dates back to the early 1900s.
Services
We're a convenient and comfortable hotel in Headingley for groups or tours, with easy access from the Leeds public transport network, the main road and rail links into Leeds. The team at The Boundary Hotel appreciate that trying to organise group accommodation in Leeds can be very time consuming and stressful.
Headingley is a laid-back suburb of Leeds in West Yorkshire, just 2 miles along the A660 from the city centre. The town is famous for Headingley Stadium complex, the home of Emerald Headingley Cricket Ground and Headingley Rugby Stadium, where Yorkshire County Cricket Club, rugby league team Leeds Rhinos and rugby union team Leeds Carnegie are based.
Situated right next door to The Boundary Hotel, our sister hotel, The Butlers Hotel in Headingley, Leeds, also provides a warm, friendly welcome to their guests. Each of their rooms takes its inspiration from the Victorian and Edwardian periods in their decoration, so in keeping with the building itself.

The check-in man was friendly and gave us our keys. I didn't realise initially that I booked shared bathroom so that was unfortunate, but it was my fault - although there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower between 7 rooms I believe. We entered the room and it stunk of damp immediately. The room was disgusting and there was dirt all over the bed and pillows somehow.
I actually don't think it's safe for your health to stay there. We promptly left and requested a refund on Hotels.com, and luckily we managed to find a spot at a nearby Premier Inn that was only 15 more expensive. The journey upstairs to the room was filthy and seemingly hadn't been cleaned or hoovered in years, and this alone could've led to a bad review as the general cleanliness was terrible. However, this was entirely overshadowed by the state of the room which is by far the worst room I've ever seen. I am still in shock that they even made the bed that morning and thought "this room is entirely acceptable for a paying customer". Totally disgusting, avoid.

This is the worst hotel I've ever booked. I realise it was a budget room but the light switches and furnishings were filthy, the bathroom light didn't work, the basin was cracked, the shower was very dirty and it smelt of weed. It was so bad that I booked a different hotel and left. I was offered another room but I had already decided I couldn't stay there after seeing the state of the first room. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I appreciate that this hotel was cheap, but even so there is no excuse for the state of the place. It is very grotty and in desperate need of an upgrade. It smells mouldy and dirty, the carpets were stained and dirty. The walls were mouldy, paintwork disgusting. The room we had was en suite, but the state of the shower made you feel dirtier coming out than going in.
Although a non smoking room it smelt of smoke, dirt and mould, the window didn't open. If there had been a fire we had no escape route. The only positive was that the kettle was clean, as was the towels and bedding. There was an old sock of a previous occupant under the cupboard. The walls are paper thin, we heard the full conversation of the occupants in neighboring rooms and everything else that was going on in there till silly o'clock. So much so that we had no sleep and eventually packed up at 5:30 am and left! Unless your standards are mega low avoid this place like the plague.

This is hotel should he closed down. It is unclean and dangerous. They do not mind breaking and health and safety laws and putting the general public's safety at risk. Public microwave not cleaned for a week until when party was due. Dirt on the table cloths day after day the same ones still on the day after with dirt on them. They do not mind causing trouble with the customers either attacking them.
