The Butlers Hotel is outstanding! Me and my best friend booked a twin room for a few days, to attend an event in the city centre of Leeds. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and an absolute gentlemen. The Chef's breakfast's were outstanding! The waitresses were very polite and first class. The housekeeping team clearly work hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy.
Our twin room was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable, we are very grateful to all who work here. Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel had everything we wished for. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived in leeds for the first time and was greeted by the boundary and butler hotel staff. They were very nice people. However the rooms were very bad; The carpet was dirty and had stains on it. The wallpaper was basically falling off in parts. There was also smells of cannabis in the upper floors. The bathroom light did not work. No safe fire exit downstairs. I could go on but the photos should show you what you need.

Me and my girlfriend visited The Butlers Hotel as we were attending an event in Leeds. I paid 169 for 3 nights, Friday till Monday. The staff were lovely, however the room was shocking - The bed was awful, hard as a rock! The ceiling in the bathroom, and wall next to the bed both had black mould. The bath base wasn't even connected to the wall so it proved dangerous. Overall, 2 stars and the only reason is because of the attitude of the Staff, otherwise It would be getting a 1 star review.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. I've slept on cleaner tents in Iraq. First room full of bluebottles killed none went out came back and more than there was after I left. Second room after complaining rotten. Be surprised if I leave her without any bites. Hotel smells of weed and looks like homeless people scattered about it down right dirty and dingy. Don't book here pay the extra for some where nicer

Stayed 1 night and I regretted it. The rooms were tiny and claustrophobic, you needed to be an athlete to negotiaie the vertiginous stairs, and, frankly, it could do with a good clean! But what really wound me up was being charged as soon as i booked in. I am not a criminal and don't like being treated as one. Breakfast was standard, ordinary, dull, etc etcNo ta.
