Excellent choice of food, staff worked flat out to deliver meals of good quality.pleasant warm room, everything working properly, great location, bus service runs efficiently and regularly near hotel, would definitely return, only down side, evening meal time, was 6.30pm. A little late, for my diabetic condition! r

Clean and warm, that's the best I can say about our stay. It's dated, scruffy, and generally a bit rough. The plumbing is good, plenty of hot water. The entertainment was dire, but the bar prices were very cheap. The pool was closed. The staff were in ancient uniform but the waitress called Maureen couldn't do enough. The hotel is vastly understaffed in the restaurant the girls were actually running between tables. Not good. I would never book there again.

We spent a lovely four days in this hotel, everyone very friendly. The food along with the service was excellent. Our room was nice and clean with plenty of clean towels and extra pillows. Also plenty of milk, tea and coffee. Enjoyed the entertainment very much it made the night time special. also a special thanks for the most entertaining bingo section ever I have never laughed so much for a long time. You did great. We would certainly like to go back sometime soon.

Food and kitchen/dining staff were fantastic, especially the lovely Liverpudlian lady. Nothing too much trouble in the dining area and I can't thank them enough for their friendly service. Some bar staff were friendly enough but other staff were quite rude and unwelcoming. Smacked of Fawlty Towers unfortunately.
