Stayed here for our Honeymoon. June, Carl and Lexie were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless with everything you needed. Great nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to perfection, plenty of choice, tasted amazing. Location ideal only a few minutes walk to harbour. Complimentary cakes/cookies baked daily for each guest, lovely gesture. Carl and june are the perfect hosts, warm welcoming and informative Large comfy bed, breakfast is outstanding with an excellent choice they cater for all appetites and needs. The kingsholm is spotlessly clean and well maintained.their attention to detail is excellent with added extras like free car parking pass and honesty bar.the location is ideal with just a short walk to the harbour and town centre. 10/10

Fantastic hosts, big comfy beds, tea and coffee facilities and toiletries provided. Beautifully decorated lounge to relax and watch T.V. Honesty fridge in reception meant we didn't want for anything. Lovely breakfast with a great choice which was served by Carl with the help of Lexie. Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Good value for money, you won't find better. Carl and June are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Within easy walking distance from the harbour. Rooms are well furnished and exceptionally clean. Best breakfasts ever. Individually cooked, wide choice, homemade yoghurts, fresh fruit salads etc. Fruit juices and cereals, toast etc. Afternoon treats. Have stayed before and will stay again.

The Kingsholm is clean and tidy with really good attention from the owner. Great breakfast with everything you can think of available. Parking is available with free parking pass for many of the carparks around Torquay, which is really handy. Close at hand are some good restaurants which is an added bonus. Fully recommended.

Everything you need in a B&B clean good size comfortable room. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and cooked to you taste also cold breakfast if you want it, or both if you like. Unfortunately June was out of action due to an accident but Carl and his daughter Lexie were great host, helpful friendly chatty but not in your face. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if in Torquay.

June and Carl are very friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome from our first arrival onwards. The room was spacious and spotless. A good sized full breakfast was very tasty. Hotel location is perfect for marina with plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants. We would 100% return to this hotel and would highly recommend.
