We take pride in offering all you'd expect from a 2 star hotel plus a few nice extras. Just minutes walk from St. Helier's town centre, Havre des Pas beach and the beautiful Howard Davis Park. A very pleasant, clean and well maintained hotel with a reasonably sized car park to the rear of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfast is great. A good look cation is within a short walk from the man to restaurants and shops of the town centre and the tourist attraction of Liberation Square and the museum of Jersey is only around 15 minutes walk.

Amazing stay at The Norfolk Hotel. The staff are incredible and so welcoming. It was our first holiday with our 7 month old baby and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to make it a brilliant stay and they were all so amazing with the baby. I've not been in such a busy hotel where you are made to feel like an individual.
Other than wonderful staff, the hotel is also incredibly clean and the breakfasts were delicious. You get cereal but also either a full English or a continental included in the price. The main bus station is a 10/15 minute walk away and you can get to the main shopping streets in the same amount of time. Lovely park within 5 minutes and the beach and lido are 10 minutes away.

Stayed here for 5 nights on a 1st trip to Jersey. A good base for exploring the island using the local buses. An easy walk to the bus station. The room was quiet and clean, wifi was good, there was a kettle with tea, coffee and milk and a room safe. All the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. You can eat dinner in the hotel. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options in the vicinity plus mini supermarkets to buy packed lunches, drinks, snacks etc. Good value for money.
