Set on the cliffs of a picturesque green valley by the sea in Jersey Chateau La Chaire is a grade II listed country house. Now as one of the island's top luxury hotel & restaurants, it's renowned for its comfortable rooms, fine dining and warm, friendly service. You get a sense of being away from it all as soon as you arrive. Our traditional country pub, The Rozel Pub & Dining, is a two minute stroll from the hotel and is one of the busiest and best in Jersey. The home cooked traditional style food is superb, the local beer is cold and the service friendly and welcoming.

The bedrooms at the Chateau are all individually styled and elegantly furnished. Many boast feature beds like four posters and the spa baths are comfy enough for a relaxing long soak. The balcony rooms are a particular favourite. As you would expect, all rooms offer an array of personal comforts including Nespresso Coffee, Smart TV's, White Company toiletries and fluffy bathrobes and slippers. We're not a purpose built hotel so rooms do vary in size and decor style with Classic rooms being slightly smaller on the second floor.
Lunch & dinner will be served in the upstairs restaurant at The Rozel all days of the week during this time. Breakfast, light snacks & cream tea will continue to be available at the hotel daily. We understand the need and can cater for any dietary requirement however please note that ingredients are delivered fresh daily and we may not be able to cater for your diet if we don't know you are coming. To avoid any disappointment, if you have a dietary requirement, please book in advance and let us know at that time.
The Chateau is the perfect place to host an elegant wedding & reception. We offer advice and recommendations to you during planning and are on hand throughout your big day to ensure your event goes smoothly. The hotel is set in 8 acres of woodland and just a two minute stroll from the beach and sea at Rozel Bay so it's the perfect place for such an occasion.

Just can't fault the place. Staff can't do enough for you, didn't pour a drink for myself all weekend. Room was spacious and warm and made - up nicely every morning. The a la carte food was to die for, and there is an extensive wine selection and a very good breakfast menu. If you want luxury and to be pampered then this the place to come
