Locks broke on the hotel room door, but a minor irritant. However I was in room 31 and the volume of the noise from the bar beneath playing live music precluded any sleep. When I went to complain was told rudely by reception that the rooms had been tested and the sound levels were acceptable, obviously not the first to complain about this. If you do book make sure you request a room away from the bar if you want to choose when you sleep.

Fab place and really handy for everything on St Helier and the main bus station. Breakfast was plentiful and, as a vegan, I had enough food choices for breakfast and dinner. We had to leave early on our last morning - before 7am and were a bit disappointed that our coffee wasn't replenished and that we were not offered any food to take with us to the airport in lieu of breakfast, which was already being set out when we left. This place would be noisy in the summer as many rooms overlook the pool and those that don't are are the front, facing the road.

Stayed here for just one night whilst recovering a car back to Portsmouth. The staff were excellent even reserving a space in the car park for my 8 meter truck. The room was clean and fresh the bed was comfortable. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The receptionist was excellent and helped me pinpoint the location of my pick up. Unfortunately I've had to knock a star off as the central heating and hot water broke down during the night so there was no hot water or heating. Which was unlucky more than anything else.

Not great, stayed for 10 days on a buisness trip. Looks good in the reception, entrance, bar and restaurant but rooms are very dated. Bath full of limescale tiles on the floor in need of regrouting, mattress was poor, cleaning was hit and miss. Breakfast was advertised and stated 0700 but was told 0730 on arrival which meant it was too late as I had to leave at 0730 each day.
I used a car for 3 days and ended up being charged for parking for the rest of the duration of my stay which personally is disgusting being charged in the first place considering I was a resident at the hotel.

Fancy, elaborate hotel within walking distance of St Helier Town centre. Breakfast buffet was quality with a range of cereal, fresh / dried fruit and pastries that I enjoyed. The shower in the room was good and toiletries were again quality. One thing to improve could be if the swimming pool was open year round.

The hotels restaurant was amazing! Every dish was on point, cooked to perfection and spectacular presentation. Cocktails (virgin and alcoholic) were stunning and perfectly balanced. Staff were very attentive, friendly and always on hand to accommodate any question. Beautiful setting in their outside (but under cover) seating area. One of the best meals I've had for a long time!
