New Park Manor Hotel

My family and I are regulars at this hotel and have been for nearly 10 years. We absolutely love it. The location is amazing. There's not many places you can sit in a hot tub or eat breakfast whilst watching a herd of deer! Michelle, Simon, Byron, Adele & George and all the team are fantastic, they make it feel like home :

We loved our stay, the food was Excellent, the staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to help you & all so nice. Thank you all for making us so comfortable including our doggy who you dog sat for us too. We shall definitely be back.

Went for a spa evening, gorgeous surroundings, lovely to have hot tub outside. Staff were very friendly, good range of facilities, pool was nice and good temperature. The price was very economical for a few hours relaxation, but don't expect any trimmings, all the facilities were relatively basic, functional but not overwhelming. It was a shame the windows to the indoor pool was quite grubby, so couldn't enjoy view and light. Noticeably things were a little bit worn down.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. In all honesty the initial look of the building, entrance way and drive up was not what we expected from the website images and sadly doesn't give off a luxury vibe (sorry!) therefore we were very worried when we first arrived as we had had a terrible experience with the Bartley up the road last year so the fear was real!

However upon checking in, exploring the hotel and interacting with the staff, we immediately felt comforted and relaxed. A beautiful setting with great facilities and excellent dining. We didn't feel any need to leave the hotel for the entirety of our stay (which ended up being 2 nights rather than 1 :0) ). The staff are everything! After our initial thoughts on approach, I must admit that if the staffing was poor, we may not have stayed but the staff are an ASSET to the business.

The team seem relatively young on a whole but far exceed most service experiences that we have had with a much more 'experienced' team. Polite, gracious, hard working, even noticing their excellent dealings with some picky customers, the staff took it in their stride and created a wonderful environment for the guests. Special thanks to the incredibly hard working Freya, the delightful Nikki and the lovely Kasia which we interacted with the most.

Also the general manager (sorry I didn't get your name!) who helped us with the extra night when the hotel was close to capacity. Every single staff member we approached including the housekeeping team, were amazing. Keep up the good work as I know the staff are a direct result of fantastic management and we look forward to visiting again.

Came here for a relaxing spa day. Overall staff were nice, treatments were lovely however it was somewhat over shadowed by the children running around the pool, splashing and screaming. I understand it's children friendly however it takes away from the calm relaxing environment of the spa.

We are spa members and attend 2 or 3 times a week. The staff are lovely and the facilities are clean. The air temperature in the spa is not very warm and the water temperature is quite chilly.

As a birthday treat my daughter and I had a spa day. The spa facilities were lovely especially the beautiful views of the dear roaming the forest as we relaxed in the hot tub. We had the couture touch treatment and I can honestly say it was the best back massage I've had and the facial was so relaxing. The lunch was delicious and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and hope to visit again. Thank you

Wonderful staff. So welcoming, helpful and the beauticians were fabulous. Coffee and lunches were lovely. The pool was a little chilly for me, but I would definitely like to return.

Rude management staff, rooms were undated, dirty with uncomfortable bed and overall expensive, When I checked in, they asked for my credit card detail, which I thought is normal. I cleared all the bills before leaving the hotel. As the hotel still had my credit card details, they attempted further unauthorised charges from my credit card. I made phone calls and sent few emails with no response except one very unconvincing one. I would advise anyone using the hotel to be aware of the unauthorised charges by the hotel

Well, I write as a new(ish) employee, but - have to say what a lovely team I have joined in beautiful surroundings! Happy to be here, knowing all staff want the very best experience for the customer, all departments work as a family /team ! Look forward to serving you soon!

Excellent place to stay with young children and dogs. Creche childcare included with stay (90 mins per day). Big games room and nightly kids cinema. Indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Large garden with play area. Good restaurant with video room monitors provided for child free dining. Hotel is slightly worn around the edges, but kids and dogs will do that. Genuine, friendly staff. Not cheap, but worth it. Recommended

Very pleasant stay. More child friendly than we initially thought, or we'd have taken ours - time for a website update to reflect this. Spa was relaxing, nice overall. Room could have done with a little more thought, here's some suggestions: 1. Have an accessible and empty plug socket on each side of the bed. I guarantee that most people will be wanting to charge a phone or other device. 2.

Have a plug socket near a mirror for using a hairdryer etc 3. Despite staff insisting all toweling robes were one size, we had one large and one small. The small didn't fit either of us. Would return.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bit shabby round the edges but nevertheless a nice place with some friendly staff. Especially want to say thank you to Lucy who made us really welcome and was great fun to talk to and with our child. The spa and pool are great and the grounds a lovely addition. The food was passable but the cocktails were delicious. Really recommend New park Manor for a family with young children.

Had a really enjoyable spa day with my wife. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A very relaxing day awith great food as well. We will definitely be going back.

Well, what can I say? Yet another wonderful family adventure in these wonderful hotels and this time at New Park Manor with the wild horses in the New Forest. This hotel just made everything so easy for us. Our room (Muntjac) was just the ultimate parents retreat, the views, the food but most of all the staff who made everything so wonderful. Special mention to Luke and Lucy who stand out but honestly, Everyone was amazing. Thank you.

Came here for a spa day and the staff were lovely. The location was beautiful, we could see the horses roaming the New Forest from the hot tub. I would definitely come here again, it surpassed my expectations! We also had the Wind in the Willows afternoon tea and the food was delicious. They were also very accommodating to dietary requirements.
