There is only one place to stay in Brockenhurst.the Cloud Hotel! This family run hotel offers excellent accommodation with delicious food that is cooked to order. The staff go out of the way to make guests feel welcome. There are a variety of public spaces which offer delightful views onto the forest, from which you can be entertained by the passing wildlife. The whole place is immaculately clean and a lot of thought has gone into the extra touches in the bedrooms.

Had lovely stay at The Cloud. Perfect location for exploring the New Forest. Great accommodation, food and staff very welcoming. Would highly recommend 10/10.

We have stayed at the Cloud hotel several times over the past few years and just love the hotel, the staff and management are all fantastic and give a warm welcome. The hotel location is probably the best you can get with the forest on your door step and Brockenhurst shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. I would recommend the Cloud Hotel if you are looking to stay in the new forest.

I stay away every week and thus have a lot of hotel and b and b experiences to draw from and compare to.in my opinion. Expensive but it is summer holidays and hard to get accommodation anywhere and compared well still to competition. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, quiet location, wifi worked, shower was good, had salmon salad with potato cake which was great, bottled beer and cans rather than draught was my only gripe. Staff helpful and friendly too, lovely walks seconds from the door too. Thank you all for a lovely stay

The hotel is easily accessible and easy to find. Off the main road so tranquil and peaceful. On the edge of the New Forest, so it was a treat to see the ponies outside the hotel early one morning Rooms are comfortable with nice views, clean and well serviced. Lovely lounge area, bar lounge and dinning room facilities. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and polite at all times.

All rather genteel which was refreshing for someone living in road rage London! A good breakfast menu, afternoon teas available (without needing to be booked into The Cloud) and excellent fine dining cuisine for the evening. My favourite was the chef's special of pork tenderloin wrapped with Parma ham on mash with steamed veg. Absolutely fab. Probably not the cheapest around but I felt it was good value for money. You only get what you pay for. Clear policy for managing in covid times.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and well presented. We felt very Covid safe. Excellent food and great menu choices. Staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel, and would be very happy to visit again sometime.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views to green meadows and forest. To wake up and see through my window wild ponies was one of the highlights of my holidays. Amazing breakfast with smoked salmon for haddock for example. Full of options

Wonderful helpful staff, excellent food, cater to allergies, gluten free! Close to many sites, great for walking and bike hire shop nearby. The beds were so comfortable, rooms exceptionally clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely revisit.

Stayed 2 nights. Our room, on the top floor was small and had no features to recommend it other than it was clean. En-suite also very small but clean. Usual toiletries provide. Some changes to the decor or interesting pictures would have improved them. However, the hotel was redeemed by its friendly and helpful staff. The food was good with a good choice.

The small garden was pleasant to sit out in for drinks and chat. Sitting rooms are comfortable and with the bar, small. The weather was good so sitting outside was welcome. Out front the New Forest is immediate with the ponies and cattle passing right past the front door.

The hotel was in a great location and the facilities were excellent. Staff very helpful and the food was lovely. Our only comment would be the room we had was spotless and had everything we needed but was slightly small for a couple and a dog. However we would have no hestation in staying here again. A lovely break.

Very clean and fairly modern decor. Friendly staff made it feel very comfortable to hang around. Views cross the forest even from the loo! so you can walk straight onto heathland from the front door or 5 mins into the village. Food excellent. Would definitely stay here again. I think it would be great for a solo traveller.
