Visited venue for cousin's wedding. Absolutely stunning place! Surrounded by the beautiful woodland, Carey's manor has a wonder mix of old and new. Although I didn't have a room myself, my family did and the room I saw looked very cosy and sumptuous, and my family members had a wonderful night's sleep. My cousin's wedding was fantastic, the staff were so attentive and the day was honestly amazing! 100% one of the most incredible weddings I have ever been to, and will have the best memories of the place that hosted an amazing day that made my cousin's special day so very beautiful many thanks to all the staff

Beautiful venue in the heart of the New Forest. We did a wedding here and everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff made sure it was a memorable day, and the staff were a delight in themselves. Careys Manor is the jewel of the New Forest. You can also get pampered in their delightful spa. Perfect perfect

This was the second time I've stayed at Carey's Manor, this time I stayed for three nights on a solo break and drove down from London. I have to say that every single member of staff was warm, professional and welcoming, it was a really lovely stay. The breakfast service and the Thai restaurant were outstanding, and the food was of a really high standard.
I didn't have an opportunity to explore the New Forest but I did visit the Sir Hillier Gardens which are a beautiful escape. The room was a good size and very comfortable to sleep and relax in. I would recommend booking the spa circuit if staying and making use of the sauna, steam and jets in the pool. A few things I might suggest to improve the experience would be update of the bathrooms which felt a little dated and perhaps some re-upholstering of the seating in the Cambium restaurant, a few more options on the bar menu would be nice also but that's more a personal preference.

Went for a wellness spa day. Lots of positives here - friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa facilities and well spread out. Lovely relaxation area, again well spread out. The only disappointment was the 2 course Thai lunch that was included. Food was cold and portion sizes were tiny. Service in restaurant wasn't great either considering there was only a few of us.

I booked a one night stay at Carey's Manor Hotel for my wife's birthday. This was our first visit and hopefully we shall be going back again as it was such a lovely experience. The swimming pool, sauna/steam room and jacuzzi were so relaxing. Staff were so nice and welcoming especially the waiting staff in the restaurant. Our evening meal was superb as was our breakfast. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel in order to use the Senspa. The spa is lovely and the staff at the hotel were all very polite. Can't fault the service but I can't say I'd stay at Carey's Manor hotel again. The room was clean but very average. The mattress was soft and didn't make for the greatest night's sleep. And good luck getting room service on the phone, sometimes we did, sometimes we didn't. Not quite worth the 200 a night but a nice weekend.

It was our third stay in this lovely hotel and we can say we feel there at home. First and foremost all the staff is amazing. The atmosphere is very nice and the rooms are both cosy and well equipped. Also restaurants are fantastic with kind waiters and first class chefs. We enjoy the garden area a lot and the fact that rooms have either access to the garden or a balcony is just a cherry on the top.

Lovely spa day, average afternoon tea. 60 minute full body treatment was fantastic and really nice spa facilities bit afternoon tea was disappointing. The egg sandwiches didn't taste like egg and the salmon turned out to be trout. There was also a very dry cake but the egg custard tart and the macaroons were lovely.

I can highly recommend this Hotel, excellent food, very helpful staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with excellent facilities. The location in the New Forest could not be better for long walks, easy driving distance to Lymington, Bournemouth and Southampton. We had the most enjoyable stay and looking forward to our return visit.

Disappointing and not worth 400/night. The rooms are spacious but the place has a lot of wasted potential. It felt sterile. A few books in the morning room and a cozy fire would have made it inviting in lieu of the decorative vases on empty bookshelves. The French restaurant was excellent, as was the Thai but the British restaurant was mediocre. Staff are young and eager but untrained in how to serve and prepare drinks.
We saw one wait staff in tears from a complaining customer whilst the manager stood by and did nothing. Management is letting the staff down badly. We were looking forward to a spa break only to find that there is nowhere to sit around the pool and extra charges for the spa thermal areas. Not what you'd expect for a paying guest staying 5 nights. The treatments were great but I was not shown to the relaxation room after. We didn't stay the full 5 nights. It really wasn't worth it.

Fantastic hotel. The spa was very busy but was very good. Relaxing, with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and hydra therapy room. They had treatments like massages and facials. We tried the English style restaurant for dinner and was completely impressed. Would absolutely recommend coming here to friends.

Came here for a weekend with my gf.stayed at Careys Manor and spa. There are 3 restaurants to choose from this hotel being fine dining, thai and french. This french restaurant didn't dissapoint. Great service, friendly staff and the food was awesome. We ordered the shoulder of lamb cooked in a salted pastry. It was 35 for 2 people and was simply amazing.
The flavours were so good. The decor is a little quirky which I thought was nice. The waitresses all had french accents which ain't bad either.would definitely eat here again.
