We had 2 one night stays at this property as we were island hopping & had to stay in Guernsey between some ferries. From the beginning Beatrice was a pleasure to deal with & it was lovely to meet her in person. Niek the manager was also very helpful with some island tips & organising an early breakfast as we left early the first stay. The hotel has lots of character & an outdoor swimming pool which we used on a warm afternoon.

The gardens are lovely & the rooms are a good standard & very clean. The continental & hot breakfast was perfect & we had a meal at the pub up the road which was great too. There is parking on the property & it is around a 15min drive from St Peter Port. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and value for money. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is lovely with a varied choice and there is a pub just up the road which is great for an evening meal. The hotel is situated on the main bus route around the Island. We will definitely be going back and Would highly recommend.

I have not seen my son for over 18 months due to COVID and everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a lovely pool and hot tube. My son wanted to move in! Great location just down the road from the airport. We both slept like logs both nights In my sons words "I love it, very relaxing and welcoming" I would highly recommend and will be booking again very soon so I can see my son on the island. 10/10

Lovely hotel. Staff are very good and always smiling. Food is delicious. There is a pool, hot tub and sauna that all guests can use. You can sit comfortably outside next to the pool or on the patio. Our room is huge, there are 3 of us here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday or short break.

We had a lovely relaxing 10 day break at Le Cheme the owners and their staff team were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was very good for both breakfast and evening meal. Accompanying us was our small dog and she was also welcomed with smiles and we were comfortable keeping her with us the whole time. The woodland walks right behind the hotel are fantastic.

The bus service is also well worth using. Couple of small negatives, there isn't too much to do at night at the hotel and the area round the swimming pool could benefit from sprucing up a bit particularly the gardens.
