Cobo Bay Hotel

Just had a brilliant 3 nights at cobo bay, lovely hotel in brilliant location. Sun sets over the beach outside the hotel are stunning. Lovely, food, brilliant location amd helpful staff. Can't wait to return

We went for new years eve and the food was really good, better than I was expecting. Service was excellent too.

A Hidden Gem of Guernsey While I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to move away from the comfort of the old town and shift to this place for the second night of our stay, I am glad we did! What a magical place. Especially the sunset show when the tide returns in the evening with a thunderous roar and surf worthy huge waves lashing into the narrow road that hugs the hotel - is something that is not to be missed.

And we enjoyed this show from our lovely Balcony overlooking the seafront! LOCATION: A bit remote from most points of interest and the old city, but the seclusion is what makes this place magical. DINE + DRINK: Lovely roadside bar that looks into the sea and the waves. Perfect for a sundowner. The breakfast served at the lobby restaurant was not bad either.

And they also have an old-world pub tucked inside behind the restaurant on the ground floor. All in all, you really don't have to leave the place for dining and drinking. And since the hotel is managed by Filipino staff, they whip up some wicked dishes from the Philippines too! Do try them! ROOM: We stayed in 205, which is a Seaview room with a wonderful Balcony!; VIEW: Wonderful view of the Sea and Sunsets from the balcony; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No Airconditioner in the room; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Bathtub shower; TOILETRIES: Decent Spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of.

Special Shout out to all the staff at the restaurant, the front desk and the wonderful chef who customized the dinner we had requested for us! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Stayed 10 days with work. Rooms are basic but comfy and do the job. Breakfast is really good and very well cooked. Ate 2 evening meals here and both were 10/10. Throughly recommend

Visited for lunch. Friendly service and good food. Cobo fish and chips was excellent. Assortment of fish in a light batter with petti pois and chunky chips, enjoyed by all four of us. Good menu; varied and includes light bites. Something for everyone. However, more suited to adults and at lunchtime as on an open terrace with sea views over Cobo beach.

Got some food with a group of 10+ for a works do. Pre-booked our food so it didn't take long to get our starters/mains. The staff were very professional and helpful always asking if we needed a new drink when they were running empty. Some items on the menu are a bit more expensive than others but the food was well received by all.

The food, service, decor and presentation here are immaculate. We had the seafood trio and the fillet steak (separately) and both were full of flavour and very well presented.
