Very courteous staff. Very clean room; super hot water. Quiet location. A++++++

All the stuff that really matters was great: beds, service, breakfast. There were a couple issues though. There's only one elevator, and sometimes it's very slow. On some floors the elevator buttons don't light, so you're not quite sure if it's coming. It's also kinda hard to find; don't know how anyone did it before navigation. The breakfast was very good though

We were here for a soccer tournament at the Bernalillo soccer complex, so the location was great. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning was above average hotel breakfast. Hotel was crowded due to holiday weekend traffic.

Clean and super nice. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice pool and hot tub. Great selection for breakfast. Really awesome staff.

Upon arrival, elevator broken (even though they were expecting a 30+ group of elderly guests). Did not make arrangements for those with breathing or other physical disabilities), room STILL not ready, continental breakfast was every day was just awful (cold eggs, if there were any, no muffins, etc), WiFi not working, room phone not working, BLOOD STAINED sheets!

When alerted to blood stained sheets, they replaced bottom blood stained sheet but NOT blood stained top sheet, I guess cuz we didn't specifically request top sheet replacement! If we had booked this hotel ourselves and not part of a group thing, I WOULD NEVER FLIPPING STAYED HERE! Awful

Perfect! Staff was exceptional, room was clean, actually clean. They were completely full, but it never seemed full. The only thing I would say was not perfect was the elevator was a bit slow at times, but by no means was it an issue. And breakfast was great! I don't stay in the Albuquerque area much, but when I do, I will always go to Bernalillo to stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

Nice place to lodge and rest. Room was clean. We had a standard room reserved and enjoyed the king size bed! We had our children with us so the staff was very accommodating with extra towels and blankets and pillows. The breakfast was gourmet with plenty to choose from --- eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc. That's something that's important to us when we book a hotel.

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and wash some clothes in the guest laundry area! There were restaurants nearby as well. Overall pleased with accomodations!

We stayed at this motel during the balloon fiesta. The staff was very friendly and even opened up breakfast early so we could eat breakfast before heading out for the day. We had no complaints with the room except what we saw out the window. The house we could see had a dog chained up on maybe a 6-8 ft chain. The owner came out to feed it, but left it on the chain. I'm wondering if the dog ever gets to leave his chain. This has bothered me ever since.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful, updated, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. The breakfast was nicely presented and has quality choices. I always eat oatmeal and they had raisins, walnuts, honey, brown sugar and a wonderful thick slice of fresh raisin bread, yummy!

I booked the wrong hotel for an upcoming funeral, and was moved to tears by the kindness I was shown from the staff about refunding me. They refunded all of my booking, including the deposit and were so friendly and kind. The front desk answered the phone quickly, and the woman I spoke to was very kind. I appreciated their help, and I also like their reviews. Seems like a great hotel.

Nice rooms, great pool and spa. The exercise room looked to be well equipped. The staff were friendly.

Larry the General Manager went above and beyond to serve our group during the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. It was much appreciated! Thanks to the staff for a clean hotel in which to lodge for a bucket list travel experience!

Anna at the front desk was just so polite and professional and very helpful. The whole place was extremely clean and it smelled wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Anna!

Standard HI Express, if you are a light sleeper you are in trouble as all you hear is road noise from I-10. I would not recommend staying here simply because of the noise. I'm glad I don't have far to drive in the morning as I don't think I'll get any sleep tonight.

As a frequent Holiday Inn Express and New Mexico traveler, this hotel did not disappoint. The room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was fine. Breakfast was amazing like usual. The staff here was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

If there was a zero, I would have chosen it. This place canceled my reservation while I was on my way to the airport. They called me ONCE and did not leave a voicemail. I responded to their "courtesy" text that said I could respond to with questions or requests. I responded and informed them I was at the airport checking in and that I got their call, but they did not leave a voicemail.

No response. I had to catch the plane, rent a car, so by the time I arrived at the hotel, it was 12a. I stumbled in and handed them my ID and credit card. They say my room was cancelled. "Didn't I get the call?" Apparently, the card I had on record was expired. I am a gold card member BTW. I have enough points to book a room for ONE night. Tops it off, they were booked 100% so I had to find another spot. Thank goodness the Super 8 had a room. It was under construction, but she was nice enough to let me rent it for a night at a reduced rate. It was quiet and clean though.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, easy check in. Took kids down to pool at 9pm, asked front desk for extra towels (only three in room) and a few extra blankets that we could pick up at 10 when done swimming and pool closed told absolutely. No pool towels available, four people shared the two room towels we brought down thankfully. Went to front desk at 10pm, told everything was in the dryer and to call down in thirty min and they would bring them up. 10:30pm I call, am put on hold for 6 min before hanging up and calling back to which they answered. Requested blankets and towels, told they would be right up. 10:50, called again, told ten min they would bring them up but no blankets available only sheets and towels, okay we can work with that. 11:15 pm our family either showered and had to dry off with hand towels and share the one remaining dry towel or didn't get to shower. 11:20 one of us went down, two staff sitting at front desk when we yet again requested the items.

She responded, "oh you were the ones wanting these.". We left with one sheet and two towels two and a half hours after the original request. Very disappointed in the front desk help. Also, our daughter accidentally opened the WRONG ROOM ten doors up with our room key, walked in and saw a completely different room and other people's belongings then turned around and exited immediately. By far our worst experience at an IHG.

Our recent 2 night stay was great. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfy & spacious rooms. The coffee was delicious and the pool was fun for my niece & nephew. We had 1 minor issue with a toilet that overflowed in one of our rooms, but it was taken care of right away.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean. Pool was opened by reservation only but we had no trouble choosing our time with the front desk clerk. Only complaint was the Hot tub wasn't working so it was almost completely empty and FREEZING. Breakfast was included but very limited selection. (Still good though) I would definitely recommend! Family friendly, still quiet. (6/28/2021)

I stay here often and it's always usually smooth upon checkin however Harry at the front desk needs to work on his customer service, he comes off pretty rude and sarcastic. I am a paying customer and when it's time to check in with him something usually goes wrong, my reservation isn't found, I have to call our company staff after hours to verify everything was done correctly because he never seems to find my reservation and I usually run into issues when he is the one who helps me out one just wants to arrive check in and rest. This is repeated behavior and management needs to be involved as he does represent your hotel.

I'm so saddened about my stay that I had to cancel and I spoke to a manager named Perry, who charged my card for a two day stay that I canceled with Wesley the front desk new guy! I begged Perry for that money back as I had no money for food and he refused stating it's my word against his staff! How can a person be so heartless when we're living in a full blown pandemic! These people are cold and cruel and I will never stay here ever again! Thank you Perry for nothing.

Unfortunately the bathroom outlets did not work and there were long brown hairs in the bathtub. Also, if you desire a restful nights sleep this is not the place for you. Walls are very thin with people walking g above us most of the night.

I booked a room for one night and I also reserved a room for a coworker. I used my coworker Credit card No. To book his room. At check-out my coworker name was not on his receipt, they had my name. We ask to have it change, so he can get reimburse. The manager told us it could not be done because the reservation was made under one name. I told him that we made one call but made the reservations under two names and book the rooms with two separate credit cards.

He said that the clerk that booked us the night before was new and made a mistake, there is nothing he could do. In fact all the employees were all new. I can't believe the manager had that excuse. So he said there is nothing that can fix the problem. I have very little respect for the manager for not trying to help and blaming the staff.

Couldn't sleep well and then when I told the front desk they were like OH WELL. I guess. I will never be back in buckeye haha but passing through for work was a bad idea to stop there. They had fire alarms that flashed blue lights all night long and paper thin walls so NO SLEEP. In addition to the rude front desk people. Wouldn't recommend this place

Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Everything sanitized and safe. And complimentary breakfast was very good.

Looks good from afar. But they never have clean sheets. 9 times out of 10 the sheets are dirty. You can see stains on the pillows, hair, dead skin on the sheets. For the price you would think the cleaning staff would change the sheets between visitors.

Not only is this hotel the best I've stayed at, cleanest and has everything the staff ALL OF THEM are hands down the BEST! Greatest service and friendliest I've ever had. You're close to anything you need and the freeway is a minute away. I come from California and have stayed at Disney resorts for years. this rates up there as equal.

Pet friendly, pool is very well kept. Lobby is a great environment, business room and the breakfast kitchen that is free is the sweetest lady in earth and amazing complimentary menu! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The front desk was friendly every day of our 3 week stay, no matter who was working the desk each day. Housekeeping at this location is phenomenal. I had a couple issues with the neighbors making noise, they moved us to the top floor for some peace and quiet and gave us extra hotel points for the inconvenience (not their fault the neighbors happened to be jerks, but they made it right).

The rooms were clean, well stocked, everything was in working order. I can't comment on the breakfast or coffee bar because of the Covid-19 virus. They shut them down for everyone's safety, which is completely understandable. We've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. Love this location!

Great hotel! My favorite Holiday Inn that I have ever been to. The rooms are very nice, and the breakfast is AMAZING. It is NOT a continental breakfast. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in Buckeye.

I think this place is somewhat new, if not they do a really good job keeping it in great shape and looking nice. Service is excellent and the free breakfast isn't bad. About $120/night.

We stayed here this weekend. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Fast forward to 1:25 am, my one year old would no go to sleep because she didn't have her nightly bottle. I tried everything to calm her, and decided I needed to get milk. So I called the front desk and asked if I could purchase milk. The gentleman that answered (I forgot his name) was so kind.

He told me to come down and he would give me milk free of charge. He gave me 3 little cartons, and told me if I need more to come down and he would get me however many I needed. It's little gestures that go a long way! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! And it was super clean and nice!

Best Holiday Inn ever. Easy check-in. Great room with refrigerator, microwave, and an amazing bed. The shower was awesome. Room comes with breakfast which was hot and tasty. Definitely worth staying here.

Very nice, newer HIEX. Pretty much everything you would expect from HIEX. Food options within walking distance.

It was an amazing stay. The room, bathroom, and facilities were big. The shades allowed for all light to be blocked and there are plenty of stores in walking distance. The room keys are RFI so you only need to touch it to open the doors. The only downside apis the location and the laundry facilities. Since its right next to the I-10, you get lots of traffic noise.

Especially in the am when everyone is heading to work. This is bad for any rooms on the north side. I was lucky enough to be placed on the south side of the hotel. The laundry room was a bit of a letdown. $2.00 for washer and dryer each. And the cycles don't really handle moderate to heavily soiled clothes. There was free soap and dryer sheets but I don't know if that was from staff or and guest cause it was gone the next day. The weight room was alright. Very cold and a good range of free weights and treadmill.
