Love this place. Have been there for several events (weddings/funeral) etc and every time you are made to feel so welcome. The staff and manager are so kind and helpful.nothing is too much to ask for. I love that although this hotel is beautifully clean and well maintained it is not "stuffy" or uptight or snobby.just professional and very accommodating.a real home-from-home feel.

Due to my company admin error, I turned up at Woodlands Hotel expecting my booked room. Though not one of their guests, Mr Gaan on reception helped me find my correct hotel by ringing around and doing searches. I was impressed by his extremely helpful nature and applaud Woodlands Hotel for having wonderful staff such as him!

Gen and his team of energetic and bubbly staff have a wonderful business in trade. The hotel felt close, comfortable and clean. Nice lounge area where it's far too tempting to sit and drink all day, so I took myself out to the lovely garden and got drunk there instead! Nothing was too much to ask and staff were on deck at any time you needed. Would recommend even if you just drop in for an afternoon relaxing drink.
