We stayed for a night here while visiting friends in town. Check in was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly. The location is great, just a few minutes from the coastal promenade, and there's plenty of parking. We had booked a budget room but were pleasantly surprised, upon checking in, to find that the room was actually very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the air con kept the room nice and cool overnight. We'll definitely stay here again.

The best Worthing hotel who handled our wedding day. From the start to the finish, totalling amazing customer care! Food & service absolutely brilliant! Nothing was to much bother & first rate care. Rooms were very comfortable & clean. Would always recommend this hotel to others. Alex & his team brilliant!

Very bad. Room service is non existent, rooms are small. Breakfast and dinner is not included in their extortion prices. They do not cater for small children that well. We received a broken cot i refuse to believe that's the only one they had available. No lift. Therefore no disability access. They more than likely would try to stick you on ground floor. Not impressed wont be going back. The food was eadable at least.

Don't be put off by the fact that this hotel is cheaper than a lot of other hotels. The staff here make this a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are well equipped with TV, fridge and a safe. Although I didn't try the bar, the restaurant and the food are both excellent and the chef is more than happy to talk to you. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for a lovely visit, I'll make it longer next time.

Fantastic service from everyone that worked at the hotel. My partner and I stayed for a week, and we tried the dinner one evening, which was spectacular. The chef was really wonderful and the staff made us feel so welcome and catered to. (The chef even experimented a little with our ice cream dessert - as we were the only people in the restaurant at the time - by adding bubblegum syrup which was a real delight!) Breakfast was gorgeous as well. We will definitely stay here again!
