Could use a serious deep cleaning. Security concerns with non-locking entree doors at patio. Thin walls. All day breakfast is amazing. Good value but will try something else next time.

It's been a while since I stayed, but when I did, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, polite and kind. Nice clean room also. Thanks for looking after me! All the best

I've really enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms and areas. Breakfast all day in a very well equipped kitchen. Laundry and dryer. But the best of all is their great service. So if you are passing by Horley, looking for a place to stay while looking for a permanent place near Gatwick. This place is perfect! Highly recommended.

Great location for Gatwick Airport. Free parking. Free & good WIFI. Good price. Clean basic room with a powerful shower. There is a dispenser by the sink otherwise you need to bring your own toiletries. Thankfully I had just enough face wash to use in the shower. For the money, it's a good offer. Haven't given 5-stars because the room was very hot and no shower gel provided. Will use again. Note, there isn't a reception however you speak to someone via an intercom and the room key is in a key locker with code.

I like the on-site kitchen that provides eggs and bacons for breakfast. They also provide juice, tea, and coffee. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a baptist church behind it. It is easy to walk to a train station and the town that has different restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. Bus is available to go to Gatwick airport.

Flexistay Ambers Aparthotel had a lot more than I asked for. Very clean, tidy excellent accommodation overall. The woman that runs this hotel was very helpful with a very friendly and kind personality which makes you feel like welcomed. I would definitely go back again if I fly from Gatwick. I wish I could give more than 5 starts. Thank you

Flexistay Ambers Gatwick is a great place. The use of a kitchen and the make your own breakfast at any time of the day is ideal. However, Flexistay should consider the health and environment when purchasing food for their guests. Secondly, there should always be a basket with fresh fruit in the dining room. Thirdly, what about guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have any other requirement?

It's a good place for a short stay near the airport. The room is small but has all the necessary amenities and it's clean. The common area is very nice, with a fully equipped large kitchen and many foods available to cook (eggs, bacon, potatoes, oats) as well as cereals, bread and jam. It's near the airport and there are public buses nearby that take you to the airport.

A problem is that there's no elevator, so if you have large luggage it can be a struggle. Also, the bathroom was outside the room which isn't very convenient. Reception isn't 24/7 but they'll send detailed instructions to self check-in

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small, but served its purpose. Water pressure was good. Service was friendly and efficient. It's an 8 minute drive to Gatwick from the hotel, so perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. Would recommend.

This place has moldy shower and shower curtains. We were in a noisy room right above the entry door and road. We could hear the people staying upstairs walking around. There's no A/C, so it was super hard to sleep there; we averaged five hours of sleep per night. On their website, this place claims that "Tooting has easy access to all amenities.

Local stores and supermarkets are only 3 mintues walk away and a feature of Tooting is its many and varied restaurants." But they forget to mention that Tooting is ghetto London. It takes a long time to travel on the Nothern Line to get anywhere you'd actually want to be in London proper. One of the main reasons that I wanted to stay here is that they have a washing machine and dryer.

The washer worked fine, but the dryer doesn't dry clothes! What a HUGE disappointment. We had to hang up our dripping-wet clothes in our room to dry. Good thing that there was no A/C and the room was stifling hot, right?! The only thing that I liked about this place is the price. But then, I guess that you get what you pay for.
