The Wellsway is a small family-run Guest House where we do our utmost to ensure that your stay will be both enjoyable and comfortable within a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located in a quiet, tree lined avenue, with off road parking, you will only have a short stroll to the Sea Front, the town and harbour is within easy walking distance. Only 200m from the Riviera Conference Centre, Torre Abbey and Gardens.

The lounge has comfortable seating where you can relax with a magazine or book or catch up on your favourite television show! The rooms at the Wellsway are maintained to a high standard with an equally high level of cleanliness. Should you require any assistance during your stay, the proprietors are always happy to help.
A slightly smaller Double at a slightly smaller price, with en-suite bathroom, Tea/coffee making facilities, television, Free WiFi access. Price is inclusive of Breakfast. Please note that children are cannot be accommodated in our Double Rooms unless by prior arrangement. A Larger bright and airy Larger Ensuite room with Super King Size Bed (Zip and Link Twin Room). Fabulous room, lovely and spacious nice decor, excellent facilities. Pat & Whisky are fantastic hosts nothing was too much trouble. Gluten free diet catered for with no issues, amazing breakfast. Immaculately clean throughout. If you intend to visit the area then definitely check out the Wellsway. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Our first time saying at the Wellsway but definitely won't be the last! A gem of a guesthouse- lovely decor, immaculate room- very clean and spacious, fantastic location, delicious breakfast but best of all the hosts Pat and Whiskey were so welcoming and friendly. I couldn't fault this place. Pat is most friendly and helpful, with tremendous attention to detail. My bedroom was most thoughtfully equipped - everything worked well and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was faultless, too. I cannot recommend this place too highly. It is exceptionally good value and attractively decorated. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for Pat. I'm only sorry that I was just staying for a single night.
