Titchwell Manor Hotel

We celebrated our silver wedding and had a 2 night stay. The room in the herb garden was lovely, the staff delightful and the food excellent. On the morning of our Anniversary we were given a glass of fizz with breakfast and that evening the chef sent out a little desert with congratulations etc written in chocolate which was a lovely gesture.

Lovely hotel and location. Our dog Lola voted this the best hotel she has stayed in. How refreshing that dogs are really catered for and accepted at this hotel. On arrival in our room Lola had a basket, bowl, towel and treats provided with a small garden backing on to room for those pre-bed calls of nature. For us humans the food at dinner and breakfast was very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. What more do you need from a hotel? + the location near to some of Norfolk's best beaches was excellent. We hope to stay again. Very much recommended.

We were very impressed by the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and the surrounding herb garden was lovely. We had a lovely large bath although the water wasn't quite hot enough at 6pm and we had to top it up with the kettle - our friends in the next room had the same experience. Dinner was excellent - an interesting menu and all delicious although the portion size wasn't overly generous. The sea views from the front of the hotel are wonderful. We would definitely come again.

We had a lovely time at Titchwell Manor with a warm welcome from staff on arrival. The room (28) was spacious and comfortable. Overhead shower was nice touch, although only the lightest touch on the tap was required to control water temperature. Dinner menu was of a high standard with good, tasty alternatives of starters and mains each night. All staff were attentive and friendly.

Breakfast was very good. The full English is recommended with excellent sausage, egg and bacon. This hotel is a good base for exploring Norfolk, (especially for visiting Titchwell RSPB reserve) and it is highly likely we will return in the not too distant future

We chose Titchwell for a final weekend away with our beloved, elderly dog Bailey. The staff at Titchwell were phenomenal. They certainly go the extra mile! Erika the "breakfast room fairy" had everything in order, from extra sausages and salmon for Bailey to Champagne for us to toast his life. The hotel itself is well-appointed. The rooms are tastefully done and spacious and every effort was made to ensure we had a fabulous stay. I can't thank the team enough for creating such a wonderful environment for us to have precious final days with Bailey. A firm favourite we will certainly stay again.

We loved our stay over night We felt totally relaxed - our room - The Potting Shed was amazing. And we were able to take our dog along with us. In fact everyone made such a fuss of him that he too was totally relaxed. We had dinner in the bar area so we could take him with us and we both said one of the best meals we have had. Amazing chefs - amazing staff - in fact we would happily book again

A fantastic 4 night stay at Titchwell Manor. This was our first time to the hotel. We had our two Golden Retrievers with us and they and us were made so welcome. We stayed in Room 26 which was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. We loved the dog biscuits! We ate at the hotel 2 of our nights. The first evening there was a slight hiccup but the staff dealt with it really well, so it felt fine.

The Valentine's Day meal was absolutely top notch. Every course was delicious and although service slowish to start, it was actually wonderful to take time over such a special meal. The breakfasts were also tasty and delicious and a sausage for the dogs! I have to mention the staff who were amazing - all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only downer was the weather but the hotel cannot control that! Thank you for a great stay. Sue and Alan

We stayed in one of the Shepherd's Huts and it was absolutely fantastic! Quirky, warm, well-designed with excellent attention to detail. log-burner with supplies of everything you need. coffee machine, delicious teas, robes and slippers for the divine hot-tub with even a sunset supplied! The food in the restaurant was exquisite and every member of staff so welcoming! Can I please say a special thank you to Alison We will definitely be back! Just what we needed!

This was our fifth overnight stay at Titchwell Manor and we have also visited many times for dinner, lunch & breakfast. Even on your first visit you are welcomed like old friends. We particularly like the herb garden rooms. Dinner, as always, was excellent and the staff made a big fuss over my wife's birthday. Breakfast, as always, was also excellent.

The special thing about the hotel is not just the wonderful food and lovely staff but that they maintain a consistently high standard at all times. We will, of course, be back. I see there is a very good Valentine's day offer.

We stayed here for three nights over Christmas - and the best way to illustrate just how fantastic the experience was - is to explain that when we checked out, we booked for next Christmas! I am not going to pick out any single member of staff, because they were all exceptional, we even got a great welcome from the cleaner. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was beautifully planned and executed.

The food was amazing, the beef wellington on Christmas day was simply stunning. Our room (number 3) had everything you could need and came with a gorgeous sea view. Being able to sit in front of a roaring fire after a brisk walk completed the whole Christmas atmosphere.
