Services
With a history stretching back over 100 years the beautiful Falcon Hotel has been owned by the same family for more than half of that time. When you stay here, the stresses from the hustle and bustle of everyday life soon disappear and when the time comes to check-out you will feel reluctant to leave.
We have 16 beautiful en-suite bedrooms that have recently been refurbished to a high standard and the new Hypnos beds* provide guests with a blissful night's sleep. Each room is unique, full of character and refreshingly different from the blandness of today's corporate chain hotels. The rooms are styled individually to a contemporary finish and house all of the facilities that today's guests require.
Our Superior Double Rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and feature a luxury king size bed with pure cotton sheets and a sumptuous duvet to sink into at the end of the day. Private hotel parking is limited to approximately 4 spaces, but you'll find plenty of additional parking in and around Carmarthen town centre as we've detailed here.
The party organiser(s) are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. Once deposits have been paid you will receive a receipt and a booking reference this will confirm your booking. We will try to accommodate table seating requests, but fluctuating numbers sometimes make changes unavoidable.

Called in by chance for refreshments and the decor is beautiful, the furniture stunning and soooooooooo comfortable, my daughter had a coke and I had a pot of tea, the cost was very reasonable and the young gentleman who served us was an absolute gentleman, patient, polite and friendly. Will try lunch next time! Highly recommend

21 of us met at the Falcon at 12:30 for a prearranged Annual Lunch at 13:00. Meal was served as soon as all were present by a very efficient and pleasant staff. My garlic mushrooms for starters were very very tasty. My medley of Salmon and Cod for mains was heavenly and the forest fruits cheesecake for dessert was utterly mouth watering and all for 21:00. Can't go wrong. Well done the Falcon. I most certainly recommend you.

9 of us went for a 3 course Sunday lunch. Good atmosphere. Eccelent choice of starters, mains and desserts at reasonable prices. Generous portions of meat, food superbly presented. Good choice of veg.only one minor.a bowl of peas would be nice, as not everyone likes caluflower cheese and cabbage. Great service also

Friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast included PROPER FRIED BREAD which I've never seen in a hotel/b+b before, makes up for the lack of mushrooms and black pudding. The restaurant food was ok quality wise, but the choice of beer wasn't, with only Doom Bar on offer. We went down the road to the Rose and Crown each night for drinks which had a much better selection, being a proper bar.
