Those of you who wish to remain in the hotel may like to have Morning Coffee or Afternoon Tea served in the Bar area or Quiet Lounge and if you still feel peckish you can order teacakes, scones and cakes.
Llandudno Pier is a traditional Seaside Pier dating back to the late 1800s and the longest in Wales, stretching 2,295 feet over the sea. Who doesn't love this traditional Victorian seaside fun? From Easter to mid-September you will find three daily shows near the entrance to the Pier. These app-driven trails allow you and your children to immerse yourselves in Alice's Wonderland.

I enjoyed being at your hotel. Because it was very close to the sea and to the shops. But the downside was poor Wi-Fi. But the most important thing for me was the excellent attitude of the staff. Lara served us breakfast every morning, she did her job very carefully. One morning my sister and I asked for orange juice, but my orange juice was half a glass, Lara said, "Excuse me, that's all there is left, you can order apple juice or tomato juice." I was not happy at first, but it was a sign of his honesty.
She could have added some water to orange juice, I certainly did not notice. This beautiful action had a very positive effect on me. "Thanks Lara". I will come to your hotel again for the holidays, of course, if there is a Wi-Fi signal. Many Thanks, Mahin

The single room 338 I would of given a 5 but shower power poor and shower holder broken.the room was very clean and the bed comfy. Perfect nearly. Definitely recommend. Staff very helpful and polite. Bar area and restaurant area very clean. Breakfast was fine just a little dry as if prepared an hour before and under hot plate. But wouldn't stop me booking again. Fabulous location seafront.

Room not cleaned by 230pm on my second day IT WAS CLEANED BY WAITRESS I MIGHT ADD/ forgot the paper that i ordered on my first day/ SERVICE VERY POOR from the last 5 OR 6 times we have stopped here NEVER AGAIN! /garage double doors left open and unattended with my car and other expensive cars on view at 830pm IT IS JUST NOT THE SAME HOTEL ANYMORE SO SAD REALLY WE CAME HOME A DAY EARLY

The staff were very helpful. At meal times we felt we were being rushed! The quality was not the best, in saying that breakfast was the best meal of he day! Evening meals were sometimes a mystery? Over cooked vegetables, Chefs special curry? What was that, i didn't thnk anyone eat theirs! I know we didn't! Gross! Tasted awful. Perhaps a bit more thought about the position of your entertainers? Allow them to play the room and not a wall!

Stayed with 2 grandchildren midweek half term 2022. Hotel dated but very clean! All staff made a big effort to talk to the children (although there were few children staying.)Complimentary scones and drinks given on arrival, really nice touch and very welcoming. Breakfast very good choice, although we did not have evening meal other guests said it was very good.
