Warm and friendly welcome, with a superb host who has a great sense of humour! Attentive, nothing is too much trouble and makes you feel welcome. Excellent knowledge of the local area (thank you for the lend of the 'Llandudno Past & Present' book - I will be purchasing this!) and thank you for an amazing stay. Our room (King Room with Mountain View) was stunning and spotless, and the breakfast was top notch, the best breakfast we have ever had! Another Excellent stay here We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great room & breakfast. Howard is just brilliant always there to recommend places to visit or places to eat. Excellent cleanliness we've had the same family room each time we've stayed we love it. Situated perfect just outside the town centre, much quieter area. Look forward to seeing you next year!

We stayed 4 nights and had a beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean room with a sea view. The bathroom was lovely with fresh white towels. The breakfast was amazing and everything catered for. Howard is lovely and friendly and gives great tips on where to go and where to eat. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Hotel was very clean and fresh, rooms were very up to date with modern bathroom facilities. Breakfast was good and on time in the mornings. Howard was very homely with his humour which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay in room 4 again as the view from the sitting area bay window was perfect. You could see right up and down Llandudno. Double bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great long weekend guys. Bryan.

Howard the landlord was great. He made you feel welcome from the time you get there. Breakfast was fab even down to one day I asked for extra coffee so then every day after I was given a bigger pot. Rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be returning. Makes use you book direct with the hotel.

Whole weeks experience was excellent. Room was a good size, and spotless. Breakfast couldn't be faulted (even supplied our friends with Soya milk, when requested). And the host Howard, well what can you say : great guy with a sharp sense of humour, really helpful with suggestions like where to visit, where to eat, even best places for for real ale. Cost for the week, made it really great value, for a weeks holiday. We will be back next year
