This magnificent former country house and shooting lodge retaining many original features, set in 2.5 acres of mature wooded grounds, makes the perfect Highland holiday retreat. Nature flows from the nearby hills and woods to our doorstep and includes our own resident family of the endangered red squirrel. There are views of the Cairngorm Mountains and Cromdale Hills from the front of the hotel, where breathtaking sunsets and the ever changing vista of the day make it an almost spiritual experience to sit, view and relax in the tranquillity that is Speyside.

Had the absolute pleasure of spending a night here. First class room, service and location. Iain and his team offer the very best accomodation in this part of the Highlands. Looking forward to our next visit.

Tigh na Sgiath is a magnificent stone character house and hotel. We enjoyed a fine breakfast with plenty of choice. Unfortunately at this time they were unable to offer evening dinner. Tigh na Sgiath is a lovely pleasant place to stay. We shall return longer next time.

Really nice stay at Tigh na Sgiath. It's a lovely country home, we were greeted very warmly and the rooms have a very homely feel to them. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful. Our stay here was fantastic. Greeted last night by a lovely gentleman who was very welcoming. Delightful room, comfortable bed, woke up to the beautiful sounds of birds chirping in the back ground. Breakfast in the morning was nothing short of amazing. Saying this place was good value for money is a massive understatement. Thank you for having us.

Absolutely magnificent stay! Iain welcomed us straight away as we got in to the hotel and was so lovely to talk to. We only stayed for one night but his service was absolutely top notch. The room itself was beautiful with a big bathtub and a lovely bed. Breakfast was also superb, had the vegetarian full Scottish breakfast which was cooked to perfection. Everything about this hotel says highland luxury and it's a real gem!
