Lovely clean rooms. Fantastic staff couldn't do enough. Definitely be back.

Beautiful rooms, good breakfast served by a very efficient, lovely lady. Just felt that in a small bed and breakfast, the owners would be more engaged. The front exterior needs TLC.

Wow, what a great hotel, right opposite the beach. Berin and Sarah are so friendly and so professional. Great rooms, comfy beds, very clean. Arrive as guests, leave as friends.

My Wife and I have had a wonderful stay at the Shelbourne Hotel. Which is situated on the sea front of the promenade in the middle of this picturesque bay. From the moment you walk through the door, you a made to feel so very welcome by the staff and management. Everywhere is beautifully clean and welcoming. The rooms are all fitted with modern fittings including Fridge, TV, Kettle with various choices of drinks available in the room.

The beds are large and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast has a choice of full English breakfast, of your choice, plus cereal, tea or coffee, and toast with preserves. There is also a choice of light bites if a full breakfast is more than your needs. The staff are very knowledgeable of the local area and are pleased to discuss with guests all aspects of how you may wish to vary your activity during your stay.

We were so impressed that we have arranged a second stay at the Shelbourne Hotel for later this year. Without hesitation, we are pleased to fully recommend this hotel to all. Mr & Mrs. N (Shrewsbury)

We have just had a fantastic stay at The Shelbourne, fantastic hosts they couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in room 10 it was clean, quiet and suited our needs. The Breakfast was cooked perfectly and was always hot when served, there was a great choice to choose from the location is perfect and is close to everything, i would recommend the Shelbourne to anyone wanting that perfect experience.

Berin and Sarah and their staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was a problem they were available any time you needed anything. Our room was fantastic and the views were fab, breakfast Was great, we would go back again we had a lovely break away, I would recommend them to family and friends xxx Jo and shaun xxx

Fantastic hosts as always! Lovely breakfast, great view of the sea front, big comfortable bed and most importantly excellent shower pressure! Would definitely stay again!

Always a special trip for us Cambrian Rally weekend. Berin and Sarah reserve this weekend for rally folk as not to cause a nuisance to other guests. Always arrive a bit dishevelled after a day in the forest but still get a very warm welcome. I can see the improvements each year we go, great to see this magnificent hotel being reborn, can't wait for our next visit especially for the breakfast

The hosts, Sarah and Berin are lovely people who make you feel most welcome. The Hotel is going through improvements and their passion and vision for the place is refreshing. The room we stayed in (dog friendly) was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were hearty. The sign on their door is true 'you arrive as guests, but leave as friends'. We wish team Shelbourne every success for their future and hope to return again soon.

From the welcome to the goodbye, the management and staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive without being intrusive. The room was magic, never had two this in a room before. Cleanliness top marks facilities top marks. Catering was top notch tummy busting breakfast that kept you full all day. The bar was adequate for the size of thepremissesand extremely well stocked. From me a huge thank you. Just one comment, might be good to put a small table fan in the room during hot weather.

We stayed here for a night in July 2021. A nice hotel in the best location possible. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was okay and clean, the breakfast (included in the price) was nice. Parking might be difficult as there are few parking places (as expected). The hotel is still in the process to be done up and the communal places clearly need that, but I would still highly recommend it.

Llandudno is such a wonderful place to visit however unfortunately we shall not stay at this hotel again. The booking was made by my wife and upon arrival we could not check in earlier despite being elderly and requiring some rest. The room was expensive for what it is worth although the sea view is wonderful. I must mention the breakfast was very nice.
