Seamill Hydro Hotel

Amazing overnight stay. Great facilities. The staff were super friendly. Pity we didn't get the names of some staff as they definitely deserved special recognition. The spa treatments were lush! We will be back!

What a hotel. After a long motorcycle ride up from the northwest this was well worth the effort. A change to have a swim and use the spa facilities that the hotel has to offer before what I can only describe as one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Very informative and helpful staff serving the table's and indeed the whole hotel. I WILL BE BACK ( hopefully ).

I am completely blown away by this amazing hotel and cannot commend it highly enough. Starting with reception the staff were friendly and helpful. My bedroom was exceptional, clean and beautifully presented. The Aura bar had every drink you could possibly imagine which is where I sat whilst waiting for the time of my restaurant booking in The Orangery where I have eaten both nights of my stay.

The staff in both the Aura bar and the Orangery restaurant once again could not be more helpful. I sat by the window looking out to sea and even though I was a solo traveller I didn't feel out of place. The food was delicious and looked incredible. I don't usually take photos of food or bedrooms but found myself doing this as I was so impressed and wanted to show my children.

Today I had a massage booked with Claire. I can honestly say it is the best massage I have ever had. Just the right pressure and Claire herself was friendly without disturbing my need to relax. After this I couldn't be bothered to go out as I was so chilled and ordered lunch in the restaurant which I really hadn't intended to do. I then went and used the leisure facilities.

Once again the staff were an absolute joy. Dinner once again was delicious and I could not end this review without mentioning and thanking Andrew from maintenance. I had damaged the handle on my suitcase and he managed to fix it for me, trust me this wasn't a little job he took the case away and worked his magic till the handle once again was operational.

Yet another exceptional member of staff that couldn't do enough to help. I will definitely be returning and next time I will be staying for much longer. I am so impressed with this hotel that I am leaving this review before I have even left. As far as I am concerned this hotel deserves at least 6 stars, it's fabulous, but it is the staff that should be commended as each and everyone of them that I have met couldn't do enough to help.

What a lovely hotel. We were there for a look around as we have a family wedding in the future and so were able to see some of the suites and function rooms as well as try the Orangery. The rooms are stunning, the whole place is very sharp, well maintained and modern looking. The restaurant was very nice, great meal and top rare service. Will try to visit again before the big day.

Attended a lovely wedding yesterday. What a day. I felt compelled to thank the staff for the wonderful service. They had gone out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs. Nothing was too much bother. It was a lovely venue. I can't recommend it too highly.

This hotel is great, but the some of the rooms are a little dated. The lift in the second building was very slow. We had breakfast here which was great. The leisure facilities were great. The surrounding grounds are beautiful, perfect for a function or wedding. The view of the Isle of Arran was amazing, so maybe could be pushed as a further selling point. The hotel is easy to find, not to far from the train station or local shops. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

A nice overnight night stay. We've stayed here a few times and seen how it has grown. Plenty of well trained staff too particularly would like to mention the lady in charge of the orangery in the afternoon and also at breakfast. My husband has mobility issues so she ensured our table at breakfast was near the buffet. And so friendly and chatty. Once complaint.

Our meal was delicious but had to send the first plates back as the potatoes were luke warm. Why can't chefs just give us hot food. However it was dealt with very well and didn't spoil our evening. We hope to return again very soon.

We had a lovely stay in our Arran View room, with great views of the sea and gardens. There was plenty of space to relax in the room. Dinner at the Orangery was delicious, especially the desserts. The breakfast buffet and cooked breakfast were very tasty. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Enjoyed our visit immensely, staff very friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and spacious, a little upgrade in the bathroom is needed, paint beginning to peel on ceiling. A little disappointed in the restaurant dinner menu, very limited. Same cannot be said of drinks in Aura bar. A lack of towels in the leisure area was a disappointment, the leisure area itself was excellent.

Breakfast was better than average, but it might be an idea for toast to be prepared in the kitchen, rather than causing a queue at the buffet area with people waiting on it. We will be back.

Stayed here on 30th for my sisters wedding. The staff were incredible throughout. Even the day before the wedding they managed to accomodate us last minute for lunch which was much appreciated. The rooms were gorgeous and we had the best time. Thanks so much!

Very friendly staff all round and superb breakfast from a menu. Pool recommended in the morning before children get in.

What an amazing welcoming hotel with immaculate sauna and steam room (limit of 4 users at a time for each). Well sized swimming pool. Local staff throughout the hotel and a lovely dinner menu which is very good value by London standards. Only 30 minutes drive from Glasgow to a sandy beach and this hotel. Good clean rooms when we stayed in December 2021 with lots of COVID prevention measures in place check the photos posted

We stayed here Christmas eve as a last minute chance to relax before the big day. Beautiful hotel our room was great and the welcome at reception was brilliant. Highly recommend

Got married here in June and the place was phenomenal! Staff are fantastic and would go the extra mile for you for anything! The venue is state of the art! The rooms are amazing and when we revisited in November, especially with the COVID restrictions being a lot less strict than last time, the place is just a fantastic getaway for any party of any size!

Had a fabulous meal in a lovely restaurant with a seaview with great service from efficient friendly staff. Food very well presented, super tasty and good value for money. Can't wait to go back! Would love to stay overnight

Great hotel, rooms are excellent and restaurant food including breakfast top notch. Sea view room with views out to Arran exceeded our expectations, my wife and granddaughter really enjoyed the spa facilities whilst there. Staff amazing and really look after their guests. We will be returning here without doubt
