Parkstone Hotel

The hotel is extremely tired and in need of some serious updating and TLC. In this current situation this hotel shouldn't have been open as they're unable to adhere to current guidelines, for example rooms have not been deep cleaned since it reopened and social distancing was not being adhered to especially at breakfast, which itself was of an extremely poor standard. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone, it's of a very poor standard.

Staff fantastic. James made us feel very welcome. Given current restrictions I didn't know what to expect but it was fantastic. Thank you. Great hotel. Great location. Will be back.

Hotel Room was dirty clearly hadn't been cleaned. Toothbrush attachment on bathroom floor, room thick with dust. No Staff through the night just a fone left on reception ''dial this number if you need help''. Breakfast. No Staff in hotel again. Plate, Dish, Cup, Saucer and 2 slices White Bread left on table covered in Cling Film. Juice, Yoghurt, Milk and Fruit in Fridge.

There was a Gel Dispenser at the door but with everyone touching the Fridge Door, inside the Fridge selecting your food and having to use the DIY Toaster, this Hotel was not Covid compliant at all. We checked out immediately after the first night stay (booked for 3) and the Hotel declined any refund after it took them 7 days to even acknowledge our email of complaint.

I bet this Hotel could be beautiful but, this Hotel is unsafe in the current climate and we have been treat appallingly by the owners. Disgusting, avoid going there (and I do have photographs should anyone suggest I am wrong). Thank you.

Beautifully situated beer garden overlooking the glittering water and allows the dog to have a wee sleep whilst you have a beer. Staff are lovely, had a wonderful time and a great laugh. Didn't eat given the situation however stop for a drink you will think you are on your holidays!

Lovely hotel. V welcoming with friendly helpful staff. Although the venue was very busy, the waiting time at the bar was nominal. Excellent choice for a function.

My daughter got married here and James n his team did a wonderful job. Food excellent service excellent. My dauter was well looked after as we all were. Highly recommend this hotel. Keep it up team.

Lovely place rooms large and airy staff extremely helpful and friendly will definitely be going back. Food extremely good and reasonably priced

This hotel was excellent. Good food, friendly and reliable service and staff. We will stay here again.
