WOW. I stay at hotels all across the country and have NEVER come across such low standards. Please do not stay if you want to have a warm room as no heating allowed. No eating allowed in the room unless it's fish and chips? Nothing else allowed in the room which is a joke and no privacy as the woman who works there goes through your personal belongings. This hotel needs to be SHUT. REPORTED.

Absolutely disgusting service! Please avoid at all cost! Room was freezing cold, when politely asked for heating to be put on, was told to leave if I did not like it! Shocking! Spitefull comment regarding the price paid for room by company, insinuating a key worker did not meet her high standard? Very uncomfortable and dissapointing stay.

Shower not powerful. Not much space to get ready for a night out as the TV and kettle are in front of the mirror. Quite nice area though easy to park

Clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful and all you need for a night away but it's small.very small. 4ft double bed, 14 inch TV in the room. It's like Lilliput came to the regular world. The village though is really lovely.

If i could have voted 0 stars and still had a say i wold have. Grotty rooms, rude staff and freezing cold building. I shouldn't have paid 70 this is more a 5 a night homeless shelter than luxury accomodation
