Amazing Staff, great clean rooms, though I do think the breakfast has gone downhill from previous visits, the price you actually pay for a room there should be breakfasts without additional surcharges like it used to be prior to our recent visit

Great hotel on the coast great for brixam Harbour. Short walk. Parking is around the corner but for were it situated luck to have parking.

Very shabby old decor and ensuite. Really outdated old furniture, tiny ensuite with ancient shower cubicle. The room was clean however and had a good view but for 140 per night inc breakfast it was scandalously overpriced. The whole place is reminiscent of a Blackpool B and B in the 1970s.

Hotel in desperate need of a update, its now the 21st century. Ensuite was horrendous tiny shower cubicle water pressure very poor water didnt drain away from the sink. The bed was lumpy pillow rock hard, the tv was tiny needed binoculars from the bed to watch it. Breakfast averages had to pay 3 extra for eggs royale shocking should have been included. Obviously will not be coming back here again

Stayed for 2 nights on a Travelzoo deal, good value for money. Our room was on the top floor and large in size, with a great view and the heating certainly works but in need of a refresh/update. Good clean bathroom with a good working shower but not much space around the toilet. Staff were great, really friendly, polite and caring. The dining room looks to have recently been updated and is very welcoming. Food was very good although some of the advertised starters were not available. Good selection on the wine menu.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and the restaurant food is amazing! As the building is quite old the stairs might prove difficult for some and the parking is also about 5 minutes walking distance away but other than that the view was great and so was the stay!

Really friendly and helpful staff, from the front office to the breakfast staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile The location is great but the hotel needs some money spent on it. We had a very noisy room, floor boards upstairs and below made a lot of noise and the doors also slam whenever closing. The shower was good but the bathroom smelt and bit of cigarettes

The room as shown was so outdated and shabby. It was so small with just a double bed, the smallest bathroom and a TV that only worked part of the time. On the other hand the restaurant was excellent. Be aware the pictures on their website are no where near what you can expect when booking a room here.

Really friendly staff! Free parking. So pull up outside the hotel, register your number plate at reception, then head to car park! Must do in this order as car park sign tells you not to enter until registered at hotel Breakfast by one of the windows in the morning if you can! Great views to start the day with a cuppa and full English!

Had an excellent meal with really good service. The food was wonderful and this is a real find. Many of the other restaurants in this area are quite pretentious.whereas this hotel does good food without fuss. We'll done.
