I was treated like someone who didn't matter at this hotel, all the staff and the manager were very "up themselves" I woke up to builders drilling holes in the bedroom wall from the other side and the drill head came through the wall inches from my head, and to make matters worse, when I came back from college, they had knocked my wall out, covering all my things in Dirt and dust and they thought a complementary meal would make things better.
I was absolutely disgusted with the service i was provided with. Their smoke alarm system was offline for my entire stay (almost 2 months) causing it to beep throughout the night. As I was staying at the Hotel before I got my Flat, and I was referred by Social Services, I was disallowed in the bar despite being over legal drinking age. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it was very clean, the place looked nice on the inside and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
