What a find! We booked here as we wanted to stay outside London - from the first enquiry Paul the owner was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is stunning, the food is amazing - it's an absolute hidden gem. Also to mention Ramona and Siobhan, two great members of staff. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - we had no plans to return to the area but because of this hotel we'll be back as soon as we can. Thanks so much! Leah, Stephen, James and Amelia

The bottomless is a brilliant idea but it's not all u can eat and the food is cleared up before you even have a say I was hoping to take leftovers home as there was so much and as I payed I at least expect the option but instead not only are you rushed I just feel as if it's a waste of money and my time you are constantly looking for refills and if they aren't willing to hold up they end of the deal they should say limited drinks and a snack for what you pay they certainly don't hold up they end of the bargain waste of money for me would try it once more but not anytime soon would nt recommend

Went here in Nov 2021 for our anniversary date. My first time visiting and I'm really impressed! The decor for starters is amazing and wouldn't look out of place in Soho, London. The waitress who served us for the evening was absolutely delightful and couldn't do enough. She was attentive, well spoken and after our meal suggested we may want to move closer to the fireplace as the table there was vacant.
She didn't have to do this, as it meant another table she might have to clean, but she did, and it was a real gesture of her professionalism. I think her name was Romana, so please Leaside managers, give this young lady her due thanks - we did by way of a generous tip! The food was all perfectly cooked and flavoured nicely. I'm usually a lover of spicy food and although it wasn't too spicy, it was all seasoned very well.
The cocktails were also very nice and generously proportioned. I'm not sure how accomodating the parking is as we took a cab there, but being on a back street, it didn't seem too large, although it was a dark rainy night so I may be wrong. Nicely priced too. Our bill came to just over 70 for 2 starters, a 2 shared mains, 3 deserts and 3 cocktails, which is very reasonable.
The waitress suggested we order 3 deserts as the portions were quite small, and although we struggled to finish them, finish them we did! Lovely place, and I'm almost scared to write this review in case it becomes overly popular with the locals, but for now it's very much my preferred local place for special occasions.

Excellent hotel in Luton. Rooms are good size and luxurious for the price. The hotel does not have a lift but there is a person who will take your luggage to your room. Breakfast is delicious and made to order. The bar is rustic-looking but awesome. Specials everyday. You have a garden where you can just hang out and enjoy your drink under the nice weather. Our first night we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton but Paul (the owner) made his hotel a much better experience.

I recently stayed at the Leaside Hotel with my fiancee for 4 days. This was our first time in the UK so we had very high hopes. We were treated like family from the moment we stepped onto the property to the moment we left. The themed room, grounds, food, bar, staff, service and overall experience was amazing. The owner, Paul, made us feel like this was our house.
It was so counter to the monolithic hotel chains experiences I have had. At the Leaside it was like going home! It was close to the train so getting into London and up north was easy. The town of Luton was right there as well so eating and shopping was convenient. If you want to see the countryside or are looking for a small town feel. this is the place. I can't say enough about Paul and the staff. It is so refreshing to have an experience like this when traveling. BRAVO!

If, for whatever reason, you have to stay in Luton (and personally I wouldn't recommend it), stay in this hotel - it is like an oasis in a sea of, well, Luton. The room was fantastic, everything looked brand new - great bed, nice tv, wooden floors, new bathroom, and air conditioning - all for 40 quid a night (booked through laterooms). Was a short walk from the station (less than 5 minutes) and a very cheap taxi to the airport. The bar and conservatory looked great too, unfortunately we didn't stay there long enough to partake.

A little piece of heaven in the middle of a busy, bustling area of Luton, .you would hardly realise Luton exists once you arrive at the hotel entrance.a simply fantastic hotel, well worth a stay, an excellent meal or quiet drink. Very friendly staff, friendly locals, this hotel exudes style and comfort, and delivers the best nights sleep in England.
The rooms are well decorated, well fitted out, comfortable, always extra tea, coffee, kilkd, sugar, etc. available. Putting it bluntly.a place you simply have to stay before you 'die' FriendlyFramer

This is a fantastic up market hotel/ bar/ restaurant! It delivers in the bucketloads and is one of the best place to eat and sleep in the town centre of Luton. The rooms are immaculate and presented in a truly expensive way, a great place to take your loved one for those special occasions. You dont get many of these types of places in Luton!
