We dropped in for a morning coffee a few days ago at 11.00. The ground's looked very well maintained as we drove in and up to the large carpark. On entering the Pheasant hotel I also noticed again how well kept and clean it all was, very spacious around the bar area and well spaced seating with a lovely dining area overlooking the lawned garden. The Bar staff service was very good and attentive and the coffee and tea was really good All in all a very pleasant experience and we undoubtedly will return soon.

We stayed for six nights from Sunday 28th February. For us this was a five star experience in every respect. Helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Comfortable, spotless rooms and good food. Our meals were excellent with some memorable, all served with the minimum of fuss but in a very professional manner. We liked it so much we are returning in May. Thank you to the management and staff.

Jan-22 Very much enjoyed our stay here. This hotel has recently been refurbished and the result is a success with a manor house style reception, lounge, bar and restaurant area and two single storey buildings in the style of a motel which I imagine it was prior to refurbishment. Now, once one opens the door to one's room interesting furnishings and objets d'art are there to please the eye.
The restaurant food reaches a good standard at a fair price. Choice is sensibly limited so that everything can be prepared to a high standard. Helpful staff throughout the hotel. We will return.

Spent 2 days from New Year's Eve at the Pheasant, from the moment of our arrival the staff were helpful, good humoured and nothing was too much trouble. We received chocolates and champagne in our beautifully immaculate and comfortable room, the bar had a great selection of wines and ales and the food choice and quality was brilliant. Champagne at midnight was a fantastic touch and the breakfasts are so varied and beautiful that you are spoilt for choice.
Set in stunning surroundings, ample car parking, log fires just make this place a relaxing stress free break. This is our first visit but it is our now place to stay when visiting the east coast. Thank you to all the staff and management.

Friendly welcome and highly trained staff made our stay perfect. A very warm welcome on arrival with short tour of the hotel and then taken to our room. A very comfortable room with plenty room to stretch out and relax - well equipped to make the stay really comfortable- would have preferred a walk in shower. The restaurant and orangery are very comfortable and the food and service was of a high standard ( portion size a tad on the large size!) nonetheless did not stop us really enjoying our meals.
The hotel is clearly suffering from staff shortages ( like lots of hospitality) and it was clear some guests found this a little annoying - we did NOT and took time to speak with one of the Directors who was supporting the team by serving in the restaurant area to thank her for the excellent service we had. The Best Bits: Attention to detail. Outstanding customer service by every staff member we met. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful break.

Superb Hotel. Lovely setting, secluded and quiet but within easy reach of North Norfolk Coast and various towns/Villages. Excellent walking within minutes of Hotel. Food quality/presentation exceptional and varied/imaginative choice, portion size just right. Staff professional, courteous and friendly without being intrusive. Can not recommend this highly enough.
