W had a 9 night stay here and the gentleman that was working morning noon and night was simply the best.very friendly and helpful. unfortunately the room itself was a little dated and needed renovating. The bathroom was not kept clean over our stay but the beds were fantastic. Thank you for everything.

Conveniently situated between Coventry and leamington. Walking distance to Bus stop and convenient store with Costa machine. Atmospheric, warm, cosy and great staff. They were Attentive and accommodating, with things like providing ironing board and extra duvet on request. Punctual and nice Cleaning lady. Always replenished complimentary Tea making items even if maybe not enough milk or sugar for a regular tea drinker. l loved the biscuits.
Don't watch Tv but channels had variety and it entertained. For a budget hotel they really do go the extra mile so I would recommend. Unfortunately l never got to try the breakfast or dinner. Dinner had minimum 20 spend and was never hungry enough My issues, and why I'm not rating 5 star: Outdated old kettle and old mugs that need to be replaced. Phone in my room never seemed able to connect to reception! No fridge so can't purchase any perishable food like milk for tea to keep
