Norwood Hotel

Absolutely a lovely couple who run it! Superb breakfast and nothing was to much trouble well done Norwood!

Description of the room and the property does not match what it actually looks like please don't be fooled do yourself a favour and save any disappointment on your holiday by booking somewhere else

Sabina and Dinesh have just taken over the Norwood from the previous owners but no one should worry that the previously excellent reviews would be diminished. Sabina and Dinesh were so welcoming to us they made us feel special. The room was very clean, the beds comfy and the linen and towels of good quality. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and cooked well and catered for vegetarians (like me). I would definitely stay there again and I wish Sabina and Dinesh every success.

Great location, quiet room, breakfast delicious Run by some lovely people, problem with shower, but soon rectified. Only down side, please get some better pillows for room 14. But Veronica made our stay, what a lovely, lovely lady, would stay again, thankyou.

Such a lovely friendly family. Norwood was just perfect for our Girlie hols. The best breakfast, couldn't of cooked it better!. The rooms were cosy and clean and had everything we needed from tea snd coffee to toiletries, and yummy chocolates. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable

Lovely hotel and lovely people who love dogs and give them a sausage each at breakfast, which is delicious.

Clean dog friendly and central. Run by lovely caring people and totally recommended. Good breakfast. Good foody pubs nearby. You wont be disppointed

Excellent service, the people that run The Norwood couldn't do enough for you and are the absolute loveliest! The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was exceptional. Will definitely be staying here again. Would recommend!

The service was really excellent with lovely breakfasts & everything was not too much trouble for them. We did not know that dogs could also come to the hotel and we only knew when we saw a dog's head appeared from under the table when the guests left. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely people, couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast kept us going most of the day and was delicious. The room was really comfortable and had plenty of supplies. The ladies gave us a fan because we went during a heatwave and everything they provide is of a high quality, no skimping to make a bit of extra profit. We strongly recommend if they have space when you want to go - BOOK IT. We can't praise them enough.

I stayed with my 14yr old daughter and we were a little worried at first as it was a new place, but the people who owned it made us feel very safe they were so accommodating. Lovely people. They were so helpful. For a dog friendly B&B the place was spotless, no dog smells. We had the best shower and the pillows were amazing, best nights sleep I had in years. It was local to the seafront and shops. I would definately stay again here and been recommending to family and friends.

I don't know where to start. Writing this on our last day sitting at the breakfast area, Mary and Veronica running around us, making breakfast, ensuring we have our souls taken care of as well as our comfort. What a lovely few days we spent in their hospitality! From the moment we stepped our foot in the Norwood, great warm rooms with ensuit shower, goose down pillow and duvet, small fridge in the room with fresh milk in, daily supply of snacks, welcome coffee!

I mean who thinks to this detail! I've not experienced such attention from bnb hosts before. Parking isn't easily available in the area, yet they managed to get us free parking for the duration, and free. We discovered on first shower opportunity, that the hand shower is leaking, informed Veronica next morning, and when we got back after the day, it was replaced with a brand new item.

Super efficient! You'll notice shelves in the breakfast area are full with 'Thank you' cards, I can imagine why, and we're adding to the collection with our own thanks note as well. I'll stop writing now. My salmon breakfast has arrived. Thank you!
