My wife and I stayed a few days at the Mynd House near the end of October 2021. It was a wonderful stay. The house and service could not be faulted in any way. The house itself was so special, as was the room. Not to be forgotten was the two gastro pubs in the village. We visit the Mynd quite often and will try to stay in this place again

It's clean, well organised, good location. They employ a high covid cleaning routine. Breakfast was fine. Timings staggered re covid. I'm a curvy overweight person and personnally found mattress a little hard. They use local produce very tasty. For me bacon was salty, others fine about it. The sausage was good as was eggs.

What an mazing B&B experience. Liz and Jeff greeted us as if we were old friends, very friendly and welcoming. The property has bags of charm and style and our room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, and we can't fault this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing one night stay so much that we are already planning a return visit.

I stayed at Mynd House for 2 nights last week and it was absolutely brilliant. The owners Liz and Jeff are lovely friendly people, and made me feel very welcome. I arrived very late in the evening, well past my scheduled arrival time due to a road closure on the M40, but it didn't cause any problem to them at all! The rooms are immaculately prepared, very clean and nice ensuite bathroom.
There were bottles of water in the room, fresh milk in the fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was superb, I had the full English, but there was an alternative continental style breakfast of fruit, cereal and juice if preferred. They make running this bed and breakfast look effortless, but I'm sure behind the scenes they work very hard indeed to achieve these standards.
I've stayed in the best luxury hotels all over the world, and this bed and breakfast compares very favourably with these 5 star hotels. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, and will definitely return.
