Lovely Sunday late lunch. Roast beef and all the trimmings and some. 3 courses each and all brilliant. All for 25 each. Served by efficient friendly staff. Beautiful old hotel, well kept tidy and clean.

Great food. Excellent service. I asked for a beer. They don't have any! But they sent a man around the corner to get me a pint. Well done!

Room was excellent. Evening meal not brilliant. Lack of wine for evening meal. No sauvingon blanc at all! Table service for lunchtime drinks slow. Breakfast excellent. Car parking charge is a bit of a cheek I think. We won't be going back.

The Hotel is lovely, the food was adequate but didn't live up to its hype. Female staff were helpful and attentive. and very nice. male staff were a little less so.

Family of 6 had a fantastic Sunday dinner. Service was exceptional, staff were friendly. Food was amazing and the plates/Food were hot. Can not fault the food at all, from the starters to the desserts all well presented, plenty of it. We will be back again.

We came in for some lunch in the lounge area. We were met by a very nice and polite young lady. We can't remember her name but her face and laugh was memorable. Red hair and black glasses. She took us to a table in the room with a window view. Took our order and brought our drinks out very quick. We ordered 2 baguettes which were lovely and very filling. Overall the service was amazing. Thank you for a great experience, we will be back.

Stayed for 2 nights, quick and easy check in, Kerry on reception is lovely. Our room was really nice and spotlessly clean, the only criticism is there is no mirror above the desk, there is room for one and it would make it so much easier to be able to sit and do your hair there, especially if you have trouble standing for long. The Feathers is a beautiful old building with a lot of original features and we absolutely love Ludlow. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in the downstairs area and the room was fairly well decorated, although cups were chipped which was a concern. The issues were with the bedroom choice was right on the road and throughout the night traffic noise would you keep you up, as well as deliveries to the hotel and other businesses in the early hours of the morning.

All in all a poor night sleep. This was fedback to staff at checkout. On checkout, I had to wait 15 minutes for any staff to show up (at 9am), and went looking throughout downstairs (no one was in the breakfast area, which I felt was strange). Eventually I had to ring the hotel reception to get anyone to come out.

We had a fantastic two night stay. The hotel is a lovely, character building with a good atmosphere and the common areas and our suite we're immaculately clean. The staff were all observing the COVID arrangements and we felt very relaxed and safe. The staff alone are worth ten stars. We were made welcome from arrival and throughout our stay by everyone, so friendly and helpful.

My wife is disabled and they were so kind and thoughtful without making us feel at all self conscious. The cocktails are certainly worth trying. We'll definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.
