My room was good no issues. But the 2 family rooms my daughters stayed in were not good. 1 of them was up a spiral staircase which with little children was too steep. The room which the bridal party gets ready in is small and again far to many steps to get down to bar area. Food not brilliant for the price you are charged. The staff were fantastic Tia who looked after the wedding was fantastic.

Attended my mother-in-law's birthday party over the bank holiday weekend. Nice hotel, very good food, excellent DJ and very polite staff. It's just a shame I can't say the same about the mother-in-law

Dinner was fantastic, door cards didn't work most of the time, breakfast service was terrible waited ages for the wrong food to arrive, omelette was burnt. Bed was so soft we had back pain after. Have many more examples of atrocious management, but avoid in future use one of the cheap chains, they are better!

Stayed at Mosborough Hall for my sons wedding on 8/4/22. Can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so pleasurable. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to make a special day even more special. Will definetely come back and will happily reccomendto all of our family and friends.

We attended our friends wedding here on the weekend of 2/3 April and had a great time. All the staff were great with special mention to Alison on reception and Ash on the bar. Saw the review about food poisoning, I had the pie the same night and it was one of the best pies I've had in a long time! I still feel fine three days later. We were with the rest of the guests throughout the wedding and again for breakfast on Monday morning, nobody else was feeling ill effects apart from the occasional hangover! Food poisoning is a very strong allegation to make unless it can be proven. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great and memorable occasion.

Been for a family meal for my grandmothers birthday the food was nice. Only thing my 3 year old was the last to get her starter and main most had finished. To me children's meals should come out 1st so it can cool down while the rest comes out. The lady that served us was apologetic for the delay

140 for twin room Inc breakfast. Great welcome, welcoming bar with large glass windows to stare out & watch the world go by. Comfortable room, bathroom could do with an update. Room clean, with expected amenities. Excellent traditional English breakfast offer, plated. Well cooked and served with minimal fuss. Continental option available, juices, cereals etc. Sat/Sun booking. Appears to be a popular wedding location.

Had Christmas dinner here for the first time this year. OMG how amazing this was. Staff were spot on. Food was amazing. We stopped overnight at the hotel. It was my mum's birthday too. The hotel left her a card in the room. Such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and will be going again.

Absolutely amazing as usual. For my husbands birthday he wanted to stay over at mosborough hall. We had the double executive room with prosecco added in. The room was clean lovely with bottled water and some drinks a coffee machine and kettle for tea etc. Bathroom had amenities soap shampoo toothbrush etc. We paid for 3 course meal and breakfast. The meals were so delicious and we never went hungry. Mosborough hall is a favourite of ours and will definitely be returning

No bad point on this establishment. Everything as expected for a best western. Showers are hot and powerful. Nice warm room. Nice outdoor grounds. Ate here both nights. And the food I could not complain about, again as expected. Highly recommended you eat or bed here.
