Service was good. Mattress on beds very firm and comfortable. But rooms could do with an update and a lock of paint.

Hotel is in a brillant location with amazing sea views but the hotel is dated and old fashioned. Our room was so small but the view made up for it. Owners are friendly and the breakfast was good with brillant choice

Our room points to the garbage bins, it barely has space for two beds. But yet it is more expensive than a high standard hotel in the centre of Edinburgh. Surely not a 4 star place.

Nice hotel in great location near to the sea, shops, bars and restaurants. Was with a party of golfers and they were all pleased with the standard of their rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to perfection. No lift so make sure you contact the hotel for ground and lower floor rooms if you need one. I had a high floor which had a great view of the sea front.

Very good location close to the seafront in Llandudno. Spotlessly clean as well. This is my first time in Wales and really enjoying it.

Our room stank of cheap cigarette smoke despite the hotel having a no smoking rule. They also refused to change us to a different room when we complained. The toilet was fitted in a way that made it impossible for a person with two legs to sit on it, the fridge was broken, and the entire room felt old dingy and smelly. On the other hand, our party was comprised of 5 rooms, and ours was the only one that was inhabitable. The other rooms were a bit more acceptable, so make sure you check the room assigned to you before paying.

The best place I've ever stayed at, nothing was to much trouble, the room was lovely, well stocked toiletries and a variety of hot drinks. The breakfast was yummy no limited amount of food and variety you are offered more which I have never had before

Best is the breakfast. and the position in llandudno. if you don't invest in a bit upgraded soon you finish on the highest floor with a fire exit as window. a shoe box with all the important interior a room could have. over all a quite good place but you have to invest a bit more.
