What a lovely stay. We've always admired the Lundy House view driving past from Woolacombe to Mortehoe and so we decided to check in and see it at leisure. The view from our Pondsbury room was stunning, both at high tide with deep blue water and low tide with the full expanse of Grunta Beach right below. Staff were exceptional and breakfast very good. Excellent room, I stayed in the apartment on the top floor. The unrestricted sea views were spectacular. The accommodation was clean, the amenities were great. All enquiries were dealt with speedily and the staff were helpful. The location was great. I would absolutely visit again when I am next in Devon.

Enjoyed a very good week here during the heatwave Walked to all the beaches & didn't use car once! Staff very helpful & friendly, great breakfast every day. Stayed in Marisco room, very comfortable. Walked up the hill to Mortehoe each evening for meals in the various pubs, cafes & takeaways - all excellent. A great place to stay, highly recommended

Lovely B&B in a quiet spot, a short hilly hike from the quieter beaches. Service is excellent, breakfast is good and a bar / bar food a useful alternative when everything else within about 10 miles is booked up, or closed. Rooms are smart, although could do with a bit more hanging space and perhaps a fan during the hotter days. Overall however, a fantastic place to stay.

We arrived on Sunday the 1st and stayed 4 nights in the Montagu Steps apartment. What a magnificent location, with stunning views. We had a lovely decked area, which was great to just sit & take those views in. The apartment itself was very comfortable & modern, with all the amenities you could want. The cleanliness was outstanding, especially with what the owner has put in place during these times. We felt very safe during our visit. Great hospitality from the owner and staff who very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the Pondsbury room and the view from the balcony was stunning. Room was spotlessly clean and comfy and en-suite was a good size. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the beach and also up to Morte Point. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed in Lundy House Hotel last week, me and my couple with our dog, at Marisco room, an amazing room with sea view. All clean, the sunset is lovely and the personal is so nice. We got up seeing the sea and immediately went to have the breakfast that the staff were cooking. All homemade, amazing and we will repeat!

Fabulous hotel, nice clean room, comfy bed, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast (with a huge choice on the menu) We looked for a dog friendly B&B and hit the jackpot!.very dog friendly even had a welcome gift for her. Can not fault it at all. This is the first time we've stayed here, but will definitely return. Absolutely beautiful place. Perfect for dog walking. Great walks right on the door step. Had a lovely couple of days here.
