This is my home away from home. It's a lovely place to stay near Axminster which has a good choice of restaurants. The breakfasts are delicious and Fiona is a very hospitable host who can't do enough for you. Wonderful place.

The owner was very kind and genuinely lovely, plus she's got the best dog ever. I stayed in room 3 called jasmine, which was comfortable and homely, as well as quiet bearing in mind it faces the main road. There was a slight issue with the hot water not being put in, but once mentioned it was rectifed quickly and was then cracking. Lovely breakfast with properly strong coffee, yummy.

Beautiful house, on site parking, quiet location (stayed during COVID-19 July), lovely room & gorgeous en-suite bathroom, very helpful owner, amazing breakfast, good facilities. Everything had been updated to comply with post-COVID guidance and it felt very well thought out by all working there. It was a great overnight break to get away from home!

My only hiccough was that I found the bed/mattress incredibly soft/unsupportive - extremely comfortable to begin with but my troublesome back was very stuff & sore by morning - I usually sleep on a very hard rock of a mattress!

Kerrington House is a big old building in its own grounds. It is beautifully kept and my room was lovely. My room was straightened whilst I was at breakfast. Talking of breakfast, it was the best I have come across, a wide range incuding smoked salmon or smoked haddock, all cooked for you by the lovely, friendly hostess. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the town centre giving easy access to shops, pubs, etc. There is off street parking.

Lovely bed and breakfast, just a few minutes drive from River Cottage HQ, although we were warned not to try and walk it! The rooms are lovely, the Newfoundland gorgous, but none of them are as good as the breakfasts, which are truely amazing, freshly cooked, and a great size with loads of variety. I'd seriously recommend this to anyone who's looking to visit Devon and wants a very comfortable B&B with loads of nice touches
