Excellent holiday last week. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom looked new. The meals were hot and served on hot plates ( v good). Good location.

Has its own car park a bounus in Llandudno hotel is very clean staff helpful breakfast was good there is a bar all the facilities you would expect in a hotel we have stayed here on many occasions over the last 20years because we are happy to return because we love it.

Our room was next to the lift and was very noisy with other guests chatting and the binging of the lift. And the room was very cold at night. The wi fi was almost useless and the beds wer uncomfortable.

Been going to this hotel twice a year for past 5 years (excluding lockdown). Staff are friendly and helpful, meals are excellent. Hotel has it's own car park.

Loved my time at Kensington Hotel, Llandudno. The meals were fantastic, small portions but very filling. The room I was in, with my mum, was clean and not cramped at all and it had proper sized single beds not the very small single beds you get in caravans, the staff were very friendly and professional, couldn't find any faults at all. Got no problems going there again next November, highly recommended.

The staff, from front of house, dining room, kitchen, bar and housekeeping were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. Food was fabulous too, plenty to eat and real quality. I could only recommend a stay here. You wouldn't be disappointed

Hotel was superb. Cleanliness top class. Breakfast filling and perfectly cooked. David and Jamie are to be commended on their customer skills and the ease at which they make patrons feel as though they belong. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Slept like babies in quality bedding and beds. So good we have booked another trip. Darren and Shelley

Most pleasant experience as we were well looked after when there weren't many rooms available in the area. The hotel took us in after an extremely unpleasant encounter at another hotel with the owners. This is was much fresher, downstairs bar was convenient to enjoy a drink in the lobby or outside overlooking the promenade
