If you are arriving from along the M5 southbound, leave at Junction 31 and join the A380, following signs for Torquay. When you reach the Pen Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot, head along the A380 towards Torquay.

Not enough adjectives to explain how fantastic our stay here was. Liz and Paul are great hosts, rooms beautiful, breakfast choices where many and fresh. If you have a trouble climbing stairs I would advise you mention this when you book. Hopefully we will return for special memories.

Stayed for 3 nights for a Our Wedding with our extended family we had 9 rooms in total at the Hotel. The rooms were comfortable & tue breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Liz & Paul are great hosts would recommend very highly.

First visit to this hotel over the Easter weekend and will definitely return. Booked superior room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Good location. Liz and Paul certainly know how to look after their guests. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

This was our second stay at the hotel and again we had the best time. Liz is aways so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are perfect and have everything you need for a break away, with the added bonus of Netflix. The breakfast was really good, with a gluten free option for me. Its just a short walk from the centre with a couple of bar and restaurants along the way. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning again x
