Services
As one would expect from a hotel of this quality, all rooms have private bathroom en-suite and all are tastefully furnished and individually designed in keeping with the hotel's character. You may choose to select dinner, room and English breakfast or room and English breakfast only. If dinner is included in your terms it may be exchanged for luncheon only on that day. The tariff indicates the categories of accommodation available and also shows the seasonal variations in rates.

Always a joy to eat here all the staff are all friendly and welcoming nothing too much trouble. Food is excellent in the restaurant too notch and high quality. Rosalyn in particular is fantastic a real asset to the team. Highly recommend this place to eat especially if you are looking for something special.

On the very busy evening of the Airshow the only place that was happy to accommodate me and my tiny dog as walkins on their pretty terrace for a drink whilst waiting for the traffic to calm down so we could get out of the car park. Despite the fact I felt a bit scruffy for this smart hotel I was made to feel very welcome, service was prompt and with a smile. Thank you to the Manager and his team.

I am not a fan of minimalist, grey and white boutique hotels. The Riviera gives you, instead, a very British hotel of the kind that is sadly disappearing. It is exceptionally clean. Very comfortable and well appointed. The staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Housekeeping is magnificent. Rooms attended to whilst you have breakfast. Beds turned down whilst you dine.
Car parked for you in a secure garage if you wish. Luggage taken to your room. If you prefer room service the menu is extensive. Once you have stayed at the Riviera it makes you quite critical of other hotels.
