The location was just about perfect, it was close to all the sites we wanted to see and extremely close to the subway. Service too was very good. They accommodated us and fulfilled our requests of additional pillows, towels and toiletries. The room was okay. No microwave or coffee maker. A few of the USB plugs were non functional as well. The room was also centrally air conditioned, so it took a little longer to cool down.
A curtain panel was bent and the rod had fallen off so it made opening the curtain a little more difficult than it should have been. I would stay here again in the future though.

Always happy to stay here when I visit New York! The location is ideal and the rooms are more spacious than a lot of other hotels in Times Square. The staff are fantastic, especially the Herb N Kitchen staff, and the housekeeping staff. Eleanora made sure our room was always taken care of, and she was always incredibly friendly when we crossed paths. I look forward to coming back soon!

Firstly, this is a great location, surrounded by some great restaurants, (if you register for Hilton Honours you can get a discount from them too) near to central Park, and Subway stations. The staff are great, Milton (from the Hilton) was very helpful and polite and knew of many restaurants and other sites in the city. The cafe staff were great and the breakfast shop is a great idea and you can take it back to your room.
The housekeeping staff are the unsung heroes, so flexible, hardworking, and did an excellent job on a daily basis. This is a good hotel and I would return. Note, the hotel bar is expensive, but remember that an America double Gina and Tonic is HUGE! but there are cheaper bars not far from the Hotel.

The most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is terribly unprofessional, rude, and not competent. I'd say it is a huge scam. They forced me to answer questions related to my personal life. If anything I feel threatened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! AVOID. I like the Hilton Honors program and their service but Hilton GRAND VACATION IS A SCAM! Should be rated -0.

Great location to stay at. Stayed for three nights in an executive suite. Which didn't have a microwave for some reason but whatever. The wifi wasn't all that great, great view of the city though from our room and close to slot of the things we wanted to see. The hotel itself is well taken care of with a wonderfully sized fitness center.

My family and I stayed here for a week. The hotel is a perfect location. Close to many locations and easy access to the subway. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room: Our room was decent. We booked a king-sized bed. I wish there was a microwave so that we didn't have to either eat out leftovers cold or trash them. Our room lacked plugs. USB ports would've been nice.
The Air-conditioning: If you book here, just know that you do not have actual control of the air settings in your room. Our room stayed fixed at 75 and was unable to turn it down a few notches. We couldn't sleep well the first few nights and were super sweaty. We finally called the front desk, and they sent maintenance up. He seemed annoyed that they even called him about the issue.
He told us that the hotel controls the temp. He gave us 2 options: A) open the window at night or B). Use a box fan. We chose the box fan option. As paying guests, everyone should have the ability to control their own setting as it's not a one size-fits all situation. The Bathroom: The bathrooms are on the smaller size, but I understand that we have to work with the space available.
The showers could use a bit more TLC. There were specs of black in many visible places as well as built-up crusts of dirt. So that was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I went this past weekend to NYC to run the NYC Half Marathon. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it won't be my last. I had a terrific time. Front desk was very friendly, the hotel was spotless, parking was right there. I traveled with my 4yo and husband. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was big, it could fit 2 kids or 1 adult. I asked for an extra set of sheets and they sent it right away. The market by the lobby had lots of things. The hotel location is great. Everything was right there.

Large hotel, very friendly, accommodating, and engaging staff throughout. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Adequate lighting in the room, although desk lighting could be better. Quiet rooms. As per usual, food in the lobby shop is tremendously expensive (you'll do better going to any local shop).

The hotel is good and the front desk staff is great. However they practically track you down to clean your room. And they lose a star for being located within the larger Hilton that tries to bleed you dry. How much money a year to Hilton to stay at a place that's going to charge you to hold your bags? You're better off staying at another NYC property where the building is actually operated by HGVC.

There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy about this hotel. The lobby area is so beautiful and staff is always avilable to assist you. We had never been to Cabo before and picked the right hotel for our vacation. It was in a good location between the San Jose Del Cabo airport and downtown Cabo. There were artsy touches throughout the hotel and fantastic scultures, paintings and general pieces throughout. Loved all the subtle additions of Mexican culture and art from the use of clay tiles, bright colors and desert plants.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. We had a cute patio overlooking a lawn with a large cactus. We got to sit on the chairs and enjoy the views in the morning when the area was peaceful. We had breakfast buffet at Talavera each morning and enjoyes the views, the wonderful assortment of pastries, breakfast items, cooked meats and fruit. Service was top notch! (Make sure to ask the hostess about pricing because for some rooms, contintental breakfast is included but the hot foods are extra.) We also had an incredible dinner at Vela with night times views of the pool and fireworks from a nearby beach wedding. Additionally, we ate snacks at Lena by the pool and had drinks at Sotol (best mezcal cocktails).
Their oven baked pizza poolside was prob the least memorable meal we had. There is a bit of variety in food options though if you're staying more than 3 nights you should defeinitely venture out for local food fare! We chose the right hotel to avoid loud music and groups of screaming children. It was absoloute peace. Kudos to the diligent staff and respectful guests.

The only place I would go for brunch and whale watching. Gorgeous buffet, indoor, outdoor seating and that Hilton quality of cleanliness. The buffet is daily and consists of American as well as local Mexican favorites Lox and bagels with a multitude of cheeses. Do this on your. Cabo trip and enjoy an almost sure bet for sightings of whales directly in front of the beach. Be sure to ask for Clemente as your server and your brunch will be complete.

Hilton was fabulous for our 1 week family vacation. Beautiful resort, great rooms, fantastic pool & hot tub area, and wonderful SWIMMABLE BEACH (rare in Los Cabos). We took a few different tours that we booked through the concierge, which were wonderful. We really enjoyed the beach cabanas. The food in the restaurants was superb! Fantastic Tortilla Soup, cocktails and dessert at Talavera, great dinner at Vela, fantastic buffet breakfast. Great snacks, tacos and lunch at Lena. Really helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed playing tennis on their courts as well. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed here over 15 times and would normally give it 5 stars. Unfortunately they have changed the system for chairs at the pool. Some people might love this new system. Because we have been coming for so long and we unaware of the change (no one from the hotel told us) it made for an unpleasant trip. Pool chairs are now reserved for your entire stay. that's right no more getting up early and putting a book on your chair.
This is a good this right? There are a lot of positives to this. But there a lot of negatives. People book way too many chairs for their entire stay and many days don't end up using them. Cabanas are only $58 so book a few of those too. They come with the two chairs in the water in front. I felt horrible for the people coming down from breakfast at 9:30 only to learn that every single chair was taken for the whole week. AND THIS IS WHEN THE HOTEL IS AT 60% CAPACITY There has to be an in between. You are better than this Hilton.

The second night in Los Cabos was grand. Upon arriving, the staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant did not disappoint. The pools were relaxing and the view of the beach was amazing. The room itself was spacious complete with a jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower separate from the water closet. The room had a balcony with a beach view complete with comfortable lounge chairs.
The room cooled fast and stayed cool. The beach had a strong current and waves which made us parents nervous having the kids swim in it. We kept them close the whole time there. You could manage well if you're a strong swimmer. Many parts to the pool complete with swim up bars. There is a kiddie pool complete with slide. You are 10+\- minutes away from Los Cabos downtown. Uber works well, and is the less expensive way to get around town.
You have enough amenities in the hotel, but if you want to explore, there are certainly many boat rides, shops, and activities to do downtown. The airport has special shuttles that will take passengers to various hotels. Or you can use a taxi you pay at a booth inside the airport before exiting. Uber isn't allowed to enter the airport for pickup. Hack- you can walk to the nearby gas station and call an Uber

Stayed 4 nights here over a holiday weekend and had a great time. The place is very nice. Kept VERY clean. The room we had was very nice and cleaned daily. The pool is amazing and the views are constantly stunning. The food is good and the service is friendly. But you will have to wait a pretty long time for most of whatever food you order. At least that was our experience. Poolside service is extremely friendly and attentive.
They bring by frozen popsicles every afternoon for free that are very tasty. Beware the lizards at poolside as they will leap onto our seat and try to steal your food. Overall this place is great and I would highly recommend it.

Very disappointed, I booked 4 nights with partial ocean view, trough Costco Travel. When I got to see my room, didn't have any partial ocean view, the view I had was a horrible section of dirt. I called front desk and they said I had to pay 40.00 extra per night which I did. Then when they did my Covi19 test for airport, I asked nurse to change her gloves and she got mad and hurted me real bad when she did my test.
She was doing tests to everyone without changing or removing her gloves. I couldn't sleep because I reported neighbors next door yelling and fighting. I gave them 2 stars because these Amazing Staff: Omar, Cesar at Vela Restaurant and Pool, otherwise it would be 1.

Being very honest. The hotel is beautiful, everything about it is gorgeous and we've been having a great time with our daughter and meeting new friends. Up until the day before we left, we started experiencing some hiccups with the water in the bathroom. It was cold after running it for 40 minutes. We had to call someone in to fix it but by the time he shower up, we were on our way to dinner. Housekeeping showed up, but we asked them to give us an hour since we weren't able to shower earlier.
After coming home from dinner, our room was just as we had left it. If anything was dissatisfying it was this last day before leaving and the fact that Costco's US $50 credit was only for the entire stay not per day from eating and having drinks at the pool bar. Needless to say, the food at Enclave was the best tasting. We had dinner at the different restaurants and my daughter and I got sick.
It was the restaurant bar on yhe 3rdfloor that got us sick. For the amount of money we pay to eat here I was disappointed especially not having many options around us to go to and fro. I asked to upgrade our room upon arrival and was told nothing was available, yet. some people we made friends with told us they upgraded easily. Lesson learned here. By the way, here's a pic of a "clean" towel we were given! DISGUSTING! And see pics for our "partial" ocean view! Ridiculous!

Loved the stay, everyone was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to do everything. They deserve all the tips in the world! They make sure you are well taking care of on vacation and help you with everything. The staff was seriously the best staff I've seen being a Hilton gold member. Thanks for everything. Also wanted to add, I went last week and it wasn't crowded we had the pool to ourselves the entire stay. Definitely coming back and will stay here.

What an outstanding experience! While Covid has really stopped a lot of things, the show down has been a small blessing. Visiting this beautiful place that was only 25% full was perfect to relax. The staff was more than attentive. The cleanliness and precautionary measures were outstanding. All staff members had on masks and shields. Every time you left the property you had to get your temperature checked upon re-entry.
They got rid of paper menus and opted for digital download and hand sanitizer was EVERYWHERE. The bed was amazing, the room was spacious, and the jacuzzi tub and shower combo in the bathroom was perfect for my husband and I. I can't wait to go back.

This hotel was great with amazing beach views! We stayed in the one bedroom timeshare area and we always received prompt service. It was very clean and well manicured grounds. The infinity pool was spectacular and so relaxing to just sit there and see endless miles of ocean. Staff was wonderful and so hospitable!

Doesn't get better than this! I highly recommend spending the extra dough and getting the costs club if you are a pool person. Free guacamole, frozen grapes, bucket of ice and bottled water, attendant- pampering like we've never experienced before. The suite was perfect! Turn down service every night to close the plantation shutters doors, spray vanilla or lime or whatever you want to help you relax, jetted tub, walk in shower, extra bathroom with shower, balcony to die for!
If we come back to Cabo, this is a great place to stay. The whale watching from the pool or beach is amazing- you can even see them from your balcony throughout the day. They have the beach roped off so the vendors don't bug you. Make sure you go and check out the rocks, there are hundreds of crabs crawling all over them. Drinks are delish and if you are looking for something non alcoholic go for the banana or mango smoothie.
And the bingo by the pool was my favorite activity. My 17 year old son and I had a good time with George- it's Mexican bingo do you learn some Spanish along the way. A lot of laughs!

Came here for sun and relaxation. that is exactly what we got. Came here for my first vacay all year! The site was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were beyond perfect! Poolside bar, great pool, beach was very nice, there were enough lounge chairs, and the poolside concierge "George" cleans your sunglasses and served popsicles everyday at 3. perfect!
So why four stars you ask? Glad you asked. Two distracting features. The construction and the birds. The resort is going through renovations and is noisy. The pictures of the anticipated result looks very promising, so I guess the growing pains are worth it. I'm going back to give it another chance. The next issue were the birds. Those little buggers were pecking at sugar packets and were seen hopping on beautifully laid place settings. Jumping on silverware and lap napkins; all intended for use in or near the mouth. Not a pleasant thought. Not sure how they can humanely manage the bird use, but it would be nice if they tried. I'm coming back. This resort is very nice.

We came here in late August. Around this time, the crowd is low and the heat is high. FYI, Ubers are way cheaper then getting a taxi when traveling anywhere around there. We got a complimentary margarita and our bags brought up to our room right away. The room itself was spacious with a big balcony facing the ocean. The bed was so comfy! You just sort of melted into it.
The water pressure in the shower was horrible though. It just didn't satisfy the need for a nice, cleansing shower after a hot day outside. I also wished there was a little more tropical feel to the place. Everything was white and pretty basic. If you wanted a mini-fridge or microwave you had to pay extra. If you needed any snacks, coffee, or alcohol they do have a very expensive gift shop.
So it is best to stop at a grocery store to save some money. Or you are stuck paying to go out to eat around there if you didn't bring your own food. The restaurants there were delicious though! Our favorite place was Vela, the fancier dining experience on the first floor pool side. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet to indulge on. They take pesos and American dollars. It's good to have both.
The infinity pool was beautiful. We could watch the ocean all day. I guess they have a second pool that was under construction. You can rent cabanas for $80 a day which is a little pricey for me. They have great pool side service and a bar you can order from. They had bean bags and a cart of books pool side as well. All the servers were very nice.
You can also walk down to the beach. They had a bar with swings around it down there but unfortunately it was closed. On special occasions, it looks like you can have a private candle-light dinner down on the beach too. We did run into an issue with the front desk staff though and felt we weren't getting treated the greatest by them. We were awarded some free buffet tickets, which eased our frustration somewhat. It was a great trip though and everyone needs to experience Cabo!

My first time in Cabo, I left the city scratching my head wondering why so many Americans visit there when they could visit San Diego, Miami or some other expensive US beach city for the same price and probably save on airfare by flying domestically. I got a "special rate" at this Hilton of $269/night for my friend's wedding. To be clear, this resort is NOT an all-inclusive.
The breakfast buffet is about $25/person and cocktails by the pool about $10/person. 12 oz cans of beer run over $5. These are American prices, people. And therefore defeat the purpose of what makes Mexico attractive to most American tourists in the first place. the low prices. As far as the hotel, it was very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and the buffet was delicious.
The front desk was quick to check me in, offer me a welcome margarita, grab my bag and show me to my room, but they definitely explained the amenities in too much detail. I received about a 5 minute speech on the ins and outs when all I wanted to do was change and head down to the beach, despite the fact that my entire party was by the pool merely overlooking the beach.
As for the pool - and this is really the only reason I can justify the 4 star review - they really ought to have a kids-only pool. They already have two pools that are very distinctly separated. All they really need to do is designate one kids only. I really don't want some kid's floatie going airborne and splashing the chlorine-ridden water into my $10 cocktail. Nor do I want to hear the kid scream in the process. If I'm on vacation paying these kind of prices, I at least want to be able to enjoy myself.

Pleasantly surprised by the luxury and accommodations of this Hotel. Upon arrival, once you step inside you are mesmerized by the view of the blue waters through the lobby, past the bar to the Sea of Cortez. Staff is gracious and attentive. Check-in was swift and we were shown to our room on the fourth floor with ocean views. We dropped off the bags and headed to the bar to have a cocktail and appetizers then gazed over the property which was beautiful. Prices are comparable to the US, so the days of inexpensive trips to Cabo are definitely long gone.
After our drinks, we strolled down to the beach and walked along the water and sat listening to the waves crashing against the rocks. Once the sun was starting to set we headed back up to the pool side and lounged on the chaise chairs and watched the sun disappear into the Sea of Cortez. Each day was about the same and we would come back again.

Upon arrival at the Hilton my travel partner and I were warmly greeted by the reception staff. The open air courtyard with landscape is welcoming and airy. The rooms are well appointed and modern offering an open en-suite style bath with soaking tub, separate shower and ample counter space. The property sports three pools - the main pool's architecture is such that there are many arteries allowing for a private swim or a relaxing landing on the infinity edge overlooking the Pacific Ocean - umbrellas and plentiful ( comfortable) loungers make for an easy day of relaxation - the poolside service isn't bad either! I'd recommend this spot as a great get away for a girls weekend or a corporate group - as the meeting space is beautiful and easily accessible! Hurray for the Hilton!
