The outside looks very dissapointing.the inside is currently undergoing major renovation. We stayed in a refurbished room which was nice.the still to be updated rooms did look a little dated! The bar area looked older than the outside of the building. Plenty of parking, food in the restaurant was ok, and staff were friendly and polite.

We attended one of the Grease themed party nights and stayed in the hotel rooms which were very very basic. It was single glazing and backed on to the busy Penn Rd so was incedibly noisy through the night and I can only assume it is on a main ambulance or police route to account for the volume of sirens which disturbed my already broken sleep. The hotel has a swimming pool which is smaller than the baths and the gym is the size of a broom cupboard. The food was ok and it was good value for money for what we paid in that respect.
