Amazing service Claudia was very professional but caring at the sametime Hotel is very Olde World very nice and very clean Rooms very clean and comfortable Best breakfast I have ever had in hotel Very reasonable price

Myself and my dad based ourselves at the Ely house hotel for a week. Fantastic welcome from Claudia and the team. Nothing was a problem and the breakfast was superb. All in all a great stay!

Me, my dad and my 13 year old stayed here last night, as my 13 year old has a cheer comp near the area, staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly + welcoming, one member in particular my 13 year old adored her, ( im guessing by the reviews her name is Claudia) she was so interested in my daughters cheerleading, my daughter was gutted she didn't get to see her before we left to show her her comp outfit + makeup.

I've never met a nicer person in my life, what an adorable human being, she makes you feel like you've known her forever if we ever have a comp near this area again we will 100% pick this place again. Spotless rooms, service is 10/10 100% recommend

Only lacking a fridge for top score room. Service was outstanding with extra help with missing luggage problem. Arrived too late but still the service was perfect. Just a note for the manager and staff: remember that the way to the city is to the right.;

The staff could not do enough for us, rooms clean, comfortable & spacious, the house has lots if charm & character & the breakfast was superb. Well done all x

Decent room but TOTALLY OVERPRICE place. the room is super clean tbh also the stair is beautiful hmm have to say (but we not gonna sleep at the staircase right?) and that's the ONLY 2 thing can upgrade my experience here. however. they say it's a 3stars hotel but hmmm just looks like a 2stars eventually. dude.75 for one night, for a cold noisy room and this location at wolverhampton? could you imagine? totally not worthy!(if it's in London i'm not gonna say anything) for my own experience here, my room is super cold at night the heater not working, also had windy sounds, and weird enough it sounds like someone knock your window all the time. plus the thing im really not happy with is they are just try to charge you more.

I mean read the handbook inside the room carefully! speak about this, it also reminds me the wifi there egh! eghhh the wifi! everytime you have to relogin even you already put your password in, and you still need to login over and over and over. so personally i wouldnt recommend this one and i hope your experience here will not be like mine.

We always have a good stay at Ely House. Very close to the city but also the park. Claudia is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff were attentive and worked long hard hours to deliver a quality experience. The rooms clean. Breakfast was excellent poached eggs perfect. My only Down fall Is my room mismatched decor and no USB port to charge phone.other than that fab stay.

Yet another magical stay! Breakfast was superb - has to be the best anywhere. Our room (15) on the 2nd floor was lovely. A superking size bed - I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Really looking forward to our next break away!

I've been given a room upstairs which was bloody cold. the heating was turned off during the night which made it even worse. The second night I was given an extra heater by the lovely girl at the reception. The TV was uber small which made it useless. The rest was perfect, the free parking was a bonus.

Cleanliness of every area from reception to staircases to bedroom. Thoroughly delighted with our experience. Warmly welcomed and with ease of check-in. Our room had a super king size bed, pristine white sheets. Ensuite had a large shower and spotless toilet. Exceptional white towels. Ely House Hotel is a must for anyone wanting a superbly comfortable, hassle-free stay in luxurious surroundings. Like home from home.

All round brilliant experience, Claudia is extremely professional and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The bar is well stocked and the rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is as good as you will get in any hotel and made to order not cooked and reheated. One final great bonus free parking! Thank you Claudia and the staff

An Excellent hotel for its price range. Sort of traditional in a way, modern in another. Good for short stays and commute stays. Probably one of the best that's not a big chain in the vicinity. Very friendly staff and guests.

My husband, myself and son stayed here at very short notice due to a bad experience at another hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, such a lovely welcome, friendly, helpful staff. Bedroom and facilities were exemplary, clean and spacious. excellent location with parking on site. We will certainly be going back when in the area.

What a lovely place this is. The staff particularly Claudia were superb. I work in customer service and I would give her a job without hesitation It is Clean comfortable and stylish, with a personal touch. Room was spacious and had everything you would expect. Linen etc changed daily. Parking (free) Well stocked Bar. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. But it was the customer service that exceeded expectation. Will definitely stay there again in preference to other hotels. A gem in the heart of the city.
