Lovely staff. Conditions were spotless! Food Amazing! We are definitely coming back for longer! The only issue we had, as we had a cheaper room the space was very small and we felt a larger person would struggle to get in the toilet as it was a squeeze for us and we are average sized people. We'll probably pay a bit more to get a bigger space to enjoy.

Treated to two nights by our daughter for our anniversary. Couldn't fault anything. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean (cookies were amazing) We were lucky enough to have a wine dinner included in our stay which was excellent and very special. Choice and quality of the breakfast was also great. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to please. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The staff made the visit they were amazing, it was my son's wedding on the 7 August and our needs were accommodated with genuine care from the ground staff including Andy, the waitresses, and the lovely young man (Sam?) who knew our names and did everything to make us feel at home. The kids were allowed free run and it was great that they were made so welcome.
You have a beautiful place and deserve to make a huge success of it. Keep up the family feeling which glowed through your staff. So much appreciated. Best Wishes Flick and Stan

Absolutely flawless stay with Sam, Gary and staff. Think Downton Abbey meets Bridgerton in a stately Country house with modern touches. Our room was a spacious, stylish and stunning. Taster menu for dinner rivals what we've had in London and France. Food was excellent and wine pairing stellar. I've some food intolerances which Sam and team went out of their way to accommodate me. Gary the owner as did Sam made us both feel welcome and special. Breakfast was great as well. Absolutely recommended!

Set in picturesque surroundings. I found the staff friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and it would have made for a lovely lunch had the portion sizes been bigger. To have been an acceptable lunch you would really need to have a starter, main and dessert but that would have been the best part of 150 for lunch for the three of us. I would have given 5 stars if not for the minute portions. Having read other reviews it seems some have had larger meals, maybe different menu or change of chef? I don't know.
