We are a family run guest house that aims to provide a friendly high quality service to all of our guests. The Kenbury is non-smoking throughout and all 14 bedrooms are en-suite. Our car park has space for up to 6 cars, and free on-street parking is also available.

We had a good stay at the Kenbury. Our only fault was that the water in bathroom was not great. Fortunately we had a bath which worked better. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice. It was about 15min walk to shanklin high street

Couldn't recommend it enough- exceptional host (thank you Paolo!), very clean and comfy rooms, lots of little touches that made us feel very welcome, brilliant location for our needs (very close to the beach too), free parking, very reasonable price, quality breakfast. We will definitely be back when we return to IOW!

We had a lovely stay here. We felt very welcome. Paolo the host was amazing. The room and food were also brilliant. We really enjoyed ourselves. Just note that parking can get tight on the grounds when the hotel fills but there's always space in the street.

Very comfortable quality B&B. The rooms are exceptional with good clean decor and good furniture. The bed provided a restful sleep helped by the fact that the accommodation is in a quiet part of Shanklin with the town center just a few minutes away. The breakfasts provided on each of my three days was as good as yuo could wish for. The helpful staff (Paul and Paolo) will advise you of places to visit on the island. They are enthusiastic about the place, their business and their guests. Will definitely be returning. Thanks

Absolutely fabulous 3 night stay. As B & B's go, this is by far the best I have ever stayed in! Better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The staff have been fantastic, especially Paolo & Claire. Breakfast was lovely, everything cooked fresh to order and plenty of choice. The bar area is a nice place to have a drink and chill out after a busy days seeing the sights. Our room was lovely, comfy beds and complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles of water. Will definitely be coming back again this year.

Thank you Karen & Bob for this great place. The rooms are lovely decorated and the bed is comfortable. Our room has a shower and bathtub. It's a quite place, there is a family room with a big telly. Breakfast is served fresh and you can order a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd always return here
