Amazing location, good food, friendly staff, interesting inn, and the rooms were pretty top notch if slightly outdated. Really liked it.

We spent 3nights in this lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable and bathroom large. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Good central spot for touring the area. Only slight problem was some times parking was tight.

Lovely pub. Welcoming fires, nice food and ambiance. It has been an annual lunchtime stop on way to Giants of Rock for several years. Situated on very scenic roads.

Peter and Linda are outstanding hosts and clearly love their business. The staff are excellent and very helpful. New Years Eve was great fun with a family atmosphere! Thank you for a great week, we'll no doubt see you again. Felt like the new guys having met a couple who'd been returning for 25 years! Peter and Yvonne.

Very disappointed and quite shocked at the lack of customer service we received on our visit. Booked a table a few weeks prior for in the bar. When we arrived we were put just inside the door on a table which was next to the till at the bar so we were cut off by a queue of people ordering drinks. Most didn't have masks on even though there was a sign requesting it.

People were so close they were knocking our table. So we asked to move tables and the woman at the bar was very rude and barked back that they were full and had no tables. Dismissed from the bar to serve others. She obviously couldn't handle the situation but there was no need to be so rude! So we settled our drinks bill and she was so rude again saying that the table was adequate.

Even someone in the queue said your sat in the wrong place there aren't you! The staff member shouted back, they're alright there! So rude. We said its our choice to leave. Very poor customer service and actually very aggressive. She even followed my wife out arguing! Would not go back.

Great food, good service lovely place to stop for lunch. The only thing is they don't do a children's menu and won't give an extra plate for a child to share food from adult plates which makes it hard for us to recommend them to our guests who tend to have children in the party

We booked a short break at The Exmoor White Horse Inn on a whim, it turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff were terrific, their attention to detail made our stay extra special. Our room overlooked the river and was perfect. We especially appreciated the power shower and large bathroom which was great after our walk (unfortunately it rained really heavily) The hotel surpassed our expectations and we will definately stay again soon!
