Euston Square Hotel

Adequate hotel in a central location. Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but small. There was some road noise, probably inevitable. Breakfast was basic. Check-out was smooth. I did not try the bar or restaurant.

This is my new favourite hotel in the area. Although tiny, and you'd easily walk straight past, its modern with welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Checking in is a breeze and the staff were willing to help with all needs and answer questions. Getting to the room was a tight journey, as with the small size of the hotel the lifts were tiny but I'm sure assistance would be available if you needed.

The room on the first floor was impressive. Spacious with a great bed, good lighting and lots of electric sockets throughout the room. The view wasn't great, but that's to be expected and throughout the stay there was no noise from outside or adjacent rooms. The bed was large with good pillows, and it had decent air-conditioning. The bathroom was the most impressive aspect though - very modern, spotlessly clean, and with all the amenities you'd expect from a five star hotel. Any description of a boutique hotel is well earned and I'll certainly be staying here again when the rate is competitive!

Priced well for location but lacks hospitality you expect from a boutique hotel. Breakfast 10 not worth it, very small choice of options. Coffee was decent, better off going to a nearby breakfast place in Fitzoria instead. Stayed one night and TV viewed upside down after trying for an hour the night duty manager gave up! I opted for a room without window to reduce noise but could still hear tube/train from 4 am. Will be returning based on price only. The decor is clean and contemporary, basic rooms as you would expect at this price.

Euston Square Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and as perfect as could be. Anything that we needed was attended to and taken care of quickly and professionally. Our room was fantastic (facing Euston Road but we heard very little traffic from outside) and it suited us perfectly. We will be recommending them to everyone we speak to and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much (especially to Yasmin and Adi and Oliver) for making our stay so memorable. A+++++

Probably one of the only single glazed hotels in London. If you want a peaceful sleep, it will be extremely difficult to get it here. I was wearing earplugs and was still woken hourly by sirens. The room are a squeeze, too. Good location but you do compromise a lot.

Very clean, modern room with plenty of space for all of our bags. The walk-in shower was amazing. We had a great sleep here and would stay again. Loved how close it was to the underground too.

Clean rooms. Great location. Right across the hospital so perfect for us london visitors from outside the city who are here for an appointment. Room was very clean and well equipped with the necessities. Size of room is small but the space is well used. Bed was comfortable and great sir conditioning. Staff were real friendly and helpful. Special shout out to ADI for helping us during our stay I do recommend if you need to crash for a night just to sleep and want somewhere safe, clean and comfortable

I stayed here for 2 nites the staff were brilliant to me cause I stayed on my own the lady change my room for me.plus the man who was on of a nite cause I was popping down for a smoke

Great location close to St Pancras International and King's Cross stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and modern. The bathroom was nicely designed with one of the best showers I have ever used (great water pressure).

So so good. Lovely room, seemed all freshly renovated, amazing location, great price, friendly 24-hour reception.is going to be my regular spot to stay from now on.

Excellent location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Right near to underground and bus stops. Modern and clean room, albeit very small and limited clothing storage. Means you have to live out of your suitcase. When checking in, greeted by very friendly staff however not the most professional. Took priority to deal with another customer mid taking my information for the check in.

Location means plenty of traffic and noise throughout the night, however this was no problem for me personally. I was annoyed with the constant slamming of doors, walls seem to be very thin so could hear loud conversations, showers at around 2am from a next door room. It was disappointing as you expect to be able to relax slightly. Wouldn't stay again as I feel there are much better options in the surrounding area at a better price point.

Great location with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and multiple Underground stops

It was a nice place, central enough, very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing when the hot water was turned on in time for the morning, I don't no if that is staffs responsibility but it was luke warm some mornings. But very comfortable. Staff could definitely 'lighten-up' a bit and be more professional. And maybe advertise your bar a bit more people like that. But all in all we had a comfortable stay.

The room was small but almost perfectly formed: you could point, aim and fire from the comfort of the bed - it was so close to the bathroom. Everything else is as you would expect: miniature kettle; 2 cups; 2 spoons; 4 sachets of coffee; 4 of tea, 4 pots of milk and a TV - that worked properly and was remarkable easy to screen share my phone and laptop to. The young(ish) staff are helpful and friendly. The lift is ancient and takes (what seems like) 3 hours to get to the 3rd floor.

Great option if you are looking for something comfortable, pleasant but affordable! Our room was small but cosy and had all the essentials. It's very central, right near the station (and a short walk away from Kings Cross). Definitely will stay here again!

The service I received was great from start to finish. I would like to thank Ioan, Corina, Chris and Alexandra for how attentive and kind they were and how helpful they were. The staff here helped me with any queries I had and they were all very approachable and extremely friendly they all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible, the cleaning staff were also great!

Room service was very good and the rooms are very modern and clean. I booked for two nights and ended up extending my stay another two nights as the hotel is in a great location and it's great for the price and the staff are amazing here. I will definitely return back here in the future for another stay. Thank you all so much for a lovely experience.
